Wow. I am thoroughly impressed with Q Dental. The staff there is so professional and Ms. Mackay is literally a master of her craft. I have been to places like Made Ya Smile before and have left feeling robbed. The staff here make you feel at home and clearly make you aware of your treament plan from the start, even without insurance. They did a wonderful job on my deep clean and fillings. I am very grateful for getting my smile back, you have no idea. Thank you again!

Dr. Mackay is wonderful. She is kind, personable, and explains everything so patiently. She is enthusiastic about her work, and makes you feel like you are a friend she is helping, rather than just another patient in the chair. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience about the entirety of dental health. Every staff member in the office is kind and friendly. They make you feel very comfortable. The office area is very clean, neat, and attractive.

Horrible Horrible Horrible experience I scheduled my first appointment 1 month ago for a cleaning, I emailed my x-rays spoke wit Paulina & Courtney way before my appointment & explained my personal issue wit previous dentist, My appointment was today at 1:30pm, I didn't receive a call until 10:00am this morning stating I needed to change my provider listed on my insurance unless my appointment will have to be rescheduled, I called my insurance and was informed Delta Dental HMO USA is not in network with Q dental, I thought it was a joke due to Paulina or nobody in the office never advised me they do not accept my plane, remind you I had given my id# and group# a month ago and was never notified, all they cared to do was cancel my appointment, the manger Courtney did nothing but tried to cover for employee Paulina & stated she did try to verify my insurance however just received a response today, which was a lie because again when Paulina called me this morning she still never advised my insurance was not in network, she only advised to update my provider, neatless to say i wouldn't recommend this office, lesson learned

I love Maureen! I was so scared to go to my dental appointment because it had been years since I had seen the dentist. At first, I was embarrassed because it had been so long, but Maureen told me I get a fresh start. That was amazing to me. In addition, I was worried it would hurt, but Maureen took such good care of me. It didn't hurt at all. Also, I thought they were going to try to talk me into getting unnecessary dental work. However, that wasn't the case at all! I had my cleaning and they gave a couple recommendations and suggestions for other stuff but were not pushy at all!!!!! I will never visit another dental office again no matter how far away!
