I was never informed about muscle in my jaw having to be cut out until about 3 weeks after the procedure when I went for my check up, complaining about my mouth not being able to open up like it used to. The staff says, "I'll send over your documents," just to find out they don't do it. Then when I called to see why I haven't received the email, I'm told 1 specific lady will send me my records the next day. I never received the email.

Great experience. The Doc and hygienist worked well together. They talked me through my tooth extraction step by step. I left with a smile lol

My daughter's appointment was scheduled for 7am, got there 10 min to 7 am and got called in at 7:50 am and there was just one person before. Various people arrived after us and got called before us ,worst part was the excuse, that the asistant had not arrived, and who was attending the other people? I don't want to say it's a racial thing, but if you don't have a basic american name go some other place.

Do not use this dental office.Unprofessional and diagnosed a family member with, gum cancer. They never did a tissue samples and told her she needed full extraction of upper teethe. She did so,soon as they finished they jammed in a temporary denture. She went home, the pain would not begin to go away after a week. She then realized they left teeth particles inside. She went to U of R dental , they gave her anti biotics. She also went to Unity got opinion there,Unity concluded they left teethe fragments and roots inside. they caused weeks of agonizing pain to Her.

The hygienist I had was a bit cold but the Dr. showed me where my cavities were when I asked and the fillings were quick and painless. Overall a very efficient experience =)

The first two visits have been unprofessional. Staff has failed to explain follow up procedures and mention co payments. I will give them a third try. If they need to again, I'm going elsewhere.

I had EXTENSIVE work performed by Q, at two different locations. I experienced reasonably short wait times, the staff was courteous and professional, and the over all results were great!

Dr. Yeager was horrible he had me waiting in the chair for 35 minutes and the dental assistant was rude and cold neither of them seemed confident in what they were doing and looked like they didn't want to be there I just had an appointment for a very simple filling that seemed complicated for them and while I was getting the finishing touches done he took the sander tool and completely took a layer of my skin off from my face he didn't even bother to apologize and they both sent me on my way with no sorry or have a nice day save yourself from this very unprofessional dental team the front desk people are awesome that's the only good thing about this trip

The office called to reschedule my appointment, the earliest morning they could get me in was in about 5 weeks. I went to the appointment early, and was taken 15 minutes late. The tech that was assisting me, said she would now need to restart the system. I asked for a time frame, because I had a work meeting. She responded with a raised voice "what were you thinking making a morning appointment if you couldn't stay? These appointments take around 50 minutes!" I explained to her that she was out of line and unprofessional and walked out.

I agree that the hygienists congragate and talk and talk and talk about personal things while I'm sitting in my chair waiting and waiting and waiting. Otherwise, I have always been happy with the cleanings, and with the dentist. My mother had great experiences Q-Dental as well. Services deserve a 5-star, but the hygienists bring down the quality of the services. Thank you.

I would give zero stars if i could! I have had my wisdom teeth extraction scheduled twice, both times i took a whole week off of work. The first time they called me the morning of and told me my insurance was inactive, which it was I just didn't realize. No big deal, it wasn't really their fault. Although they could have checked it sooner then 2 hours before i was supposed to be there. I got my insurance figured out and called a few weeks later with new insurance cards to reschedule the extraction. I told them i have new insurance and gave them the information. We scheduled the appointment and that was that. Today is the day of my extraction, i got a call at 8:20am saying my insurance was not good. I explained to Kelly that she was running my old insurance and gave her the new insurance again. She called my insurance company to verify and then called me back to tell me that i needed $996 for the portion of the procedure and that it would be due today before my appointment. I asked her why was i not told this weeks ago when the appointment was scheduled? She argued with me and told me it was my responsibility to update my insurance and when i told her i had already done that she claimed to know nothing about it and said she was new to the company. I will absolutely NEVER go back to this company, and would strongly recommend you stay away. Even if you show up 10 or 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment, you will still be waiting 30 to 45 minuted to be seen! This company is a joke!
