I just got a filling done on Thursday. Two of my teeth are stuck together leaving me unable to floss. ALSO, my appointment was at 5:30pm and they didn't start the filling until 6:35pm.

I took my nearly 10 year old daughter into the office today for a consultation regarding the possibility removal of a stubborn baby tooth that was causing lots of crowing of her new adult teeth. My daughter is prone to some anxiety and wasn't expecting to have the tooth pulled on the spot; however the offer to do so was made. She was very nervous as she's never had dental work done before. "Dr. D" not only pulled the tooth extremely efficiently (in about 30 seconds) but he took the time to soothe my daughter by asking her questions about her interests and eventually breaking into a full out comedy routine that had his patient absolutely roaring with laughter. When she was at ease he seized both the moment and the tooth with what looked to be the greatest of ease. Five out of five for competence, cleanliness, and the bedside manner of both Dr. D and his wonderful assistant!

My dog knocked out my front tooth. I called Putnam Family Dental in desperation. I have no insurance -they were life savers. Reasonably priced. I am going back to their amazing team. Dental artists especially the amazing man with the long name...to be continued

Dr. Farag and my hygienist, Brooks, were superb. In concert with getting a crown, Dr. Farag created, in-house, a temporary partial for me to wear which was very nice to have while mine was at the lab for fitting. They were able to get me in to complete the procedure on short notice the day before I left town for 6 weeks - very much appreciated. The entire staff is warm and welcoming.

Went in to get a wisdom tooth removed today. The staff and dr were so informative and put my nerves right at ease. Highly recommend!

Today I went to Putnam family dental.they did an awsome job on a filling I had done on a front tooth.it was a difficult spot to make it look good they did an awesome job with true dental artistry....they gave me my smile back!!!so happy I can honestly say I recommend them highly

Putnam Family Dental is the best dental office I have been to!! I see Dr D and he is fantastic!! He always makes me laugh and feel more comfortable being at the dentist. The dental hygienists are awesome as well, they always know who you are and the members of your family as well. It's comforting knowing you're going in to a place that makes you feel like you're part of their family. I couldn't recommend this place any higher!!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! 5 stars isn't enough credit for this establishment. Dr. Dehis is extremely knowledgeable, skilled work is painless and efficient. I was referred to come here and it never fails, it's always an excellent experience. My entire family come here now. My kids adore the staff!! Their manager, Sheila, is super friendly and amazing as well.

There are not enough words to describe how amazing the entire staff here is. From the office manager, to the hygienists and the dentists, this is hands down the best place to go. The level of care and professional treatment is beyond what you would expect. I would highly recommend them to everyone, and especially to anyone who has a fear of dental treatment. They are thorough, gentle and truly nice people. I struggled my whole life to find a place where I felt comfortable and they have taken all the anxiety out of visiting the dentist.

This place is an absolute DISASTER !!! If you have the means to DO NOT come to this dentist. My daughter had a tooth trauma at the end of last year and this was the only dentist at the time taking emergencies so I rushed her here. I've the past 9 months we have have 4 appts, all where they have done NOTHING but take X-rays over and over again and not do anything to fix the damaged tooth. The last appt we had 1 month ago was supposed to be to fix the tooth. When we were brought into the room they had no idea why we were there. Whomever scheduled the appt in their system scheduled as an "emergency consult" after she had already been seen 3 times for the same exact tooth. We came in today for our appt to get the tooth fixed finally. We were 5 mins late. I even called to let them know. Their policy posted around the office all say a grace period if 15 minutes. They refused to see us. Made all kinds of excuses. They refused a child care. Absolutely absurd ! We were booked for an hour and a half slot and this appt was made over a month ago & their excuse was that they were "over booked" and because we were late they couldn't see us any longer. 5 minutes late. We have sat in that waiting room for almost an hour on occasion waiting for our allotted time slot. I will be reporting this business to our insurance for refusal of care if a minor child, to the better businesses bureau for poor service and lack of upholding posted policies. Please, if you have the option of going anywhere else, do it. Do not subject yourself to this lack of care for their patients.

Wonderful experience today to have tooth extracted. I was very nervous and had to wait until blood pressure went down but, Dr. Dehis put me at ease and was so compassionate and made such a difference in my visit today. Great staff from the time you check in and complete your visit. So happy to be going back and, I don't say that very often! This experience made me feel more comfortable after the bad experience I had at another Dentist in RI
