Many of our patients drop in for teeth whitening treatments during their lunch breaks from work. We are open seven days a week with extended hours on weekdays to fit our patients busy schedules.
Our offices are paperless and completely electronic. We keep digital records, use digital x-rays and panoramic imaging, and use digital impressions rather than messy, uncomfortable impression materials. Using this digital information, we only work with quality dental laboratories who can craft high-quality crowns, bridges, and dentures more quickly and with greater control over the quality of the finished product.
Dental365 accepts most major dental insurance plans. We offer in-office plans for patients without insurance to make the cost of treatment affordable on nearly any budget. Additionally, we offer CareCredit patient financing, which works like a credit card that is available for medical and dental costs that are not covered by your insurance provider. This third-party financing company offers low-interest rates with flexible repayment terms. The application process is quick and simple, and our front office team will be happy to help answer any questions you have along the way.

As soon as I walked in Dana remembered me from my call. There was practically no waiting time. Kim took care my X-rays and other prep work that needed to be done. I had a bad experience with a dentist years ago. Dr. Ern put those fears from the past to rest. Very open and thorough in my options to get my dental work done. Everyone I encountered there was professional and very friendly. I highly recommend this office. Thank you! Update: Temporary work done in preparation for implants. Everyone here is AMAZING. Thank you, Catherine and Dr. Ern for EVERYTHING during the procedure!

I have been coming here for over 16 years and the quality of work has never disappointed me. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful since I have anxiety over going to the dentist. I have never had a reason to try anyone else during this time and highly recommend them to anyone.

Today I could not have had a more delightful first time at Putnam dental. I was immediately greeted by Dana at the front desk. Who I must say is nothing short of amazing! The woman who took my X-Rays was so friendly she explained everything throughly. The equipment they use is completely up to date. But the service is just unbeatable. Then I was greeted by the hygienist Dawn she was extremely knowledgeable and gave me the best cleaning I have ever had. Dr Cafarelli ROCKS! Putnam Dental is thorough, honest and trustworthy, they care. I was at 3 other dentists that were awful before, so happy that I found Putnam Dental!

Putnam Dental Associates 365 is the only dentist I will patronize. The dentists and supporting staff are always pleasant, actually nice to be with. They accommodate my schedule and have Always seen me ASAP during emergencies, which happens a couple of times a year. They are caring and I have always been satisfied with my dental needs. I would recommend them to anyone in need of dental work.

Dr. Cafarelli and all his staff we're extremely accommodating and caring - from calling and making an appointment, to getting myself/all of my paperwork into the system, to the time I walked in the door and then out! I'm not a fan of going to the dentist and usually put it off, but everybody in the office made it very comfortable and the doctor and his assistant were both very informative and honest the whole time! I would absolutely recommend Dr. Carafelli and his staff, I plan on making myself a permanent patient there!

Nails through my kneecaps, and Dentists-my 2 favorite pastimes-NOT!! If you're like me, finding a star in Dentistry is worthy of sharing-so here goes: Dr.Izaduirre and her sidekick Christina fit the bill. Smooth, efficient, effective and professional they are really good. I've been around a very long time, and can afford the best-yet I travel from my home over 4 hours away from another state for dental care from them. Routine cleaning I can get anywhere, but not dental work. For that, they are my go-to. Dr.Cohen APA Life Member, Fellow,R.S.M.H.(Eng.)

Dr. Ern has been our dentist for over 20 years, and he's absolutely amazing. He goes above and beyond to make sure his patients have a pain-free/stress-free experience. His office staff is equally amazing and professional, and the exam rooms and office space are impeccably clean, and COVID-safe.

Let me say up front that I absolutely dread the dentist. I had to switch dentists recently and on a personal recommendation, I chose Putnam Dental Associates. Before my first scheduled appointment, I had an emergency: mouth pain and I was leaving the country for 2 weeks. The team squeezed me in immediately, which was both a happy surprise and a huge relief, and everyone - from the front office to the dentist himself - couldn't have been more welcoming, professional, pleasant, efficient and kind. The facility is clean and modern I almost look forward to my first regular appointment in a few weeks. Almost

Dr. Cafarelli was referred to me by my daughter who worked with him for about 5 years. I recently started going to Dr. Cafarelli last year for a root canal and most recently am seeing him for a tooth crown. In my opinion, he is one of the best dentists I've been to. Not only is he highly skilled and extremely knowledgeable , but he is always gentle, compassionate and puts you at ease right away. Putnam Dentals staff, from the dental hygienist ,to the dental assistants and front desk are extremely competent and always welcome you with a smile. They always go over and beyond which is very rare in a lot of offices today. I would highly recommend Putnam Dental to anyone in need of dental services. I consider them top rate in my book.
