The only saving grace here was the dentist herself very polite and forthcoming, and even apologetic when they couldn't do anything that was initially talked about on my previous consultation. The staff was short and seemed very uninformed. The manager was no help until the rest of the staff started running their mouth and she quickly got them back on task. The receptionist and a few of the staff decided speaking in Spanish meant I wasn't understanding they were insulting me. They called me cheap and a few other derogatory names after I paid for this trip twice to Fort Worth from Amarillo. This is not a cheap drive and I had to make it twice in a month. They did not discuss any amount of payment upfront and had to pay an exorbitant fee after the fact. So much for the dental grant. They never discussed the grant being split into "phases " and never brought up any out of pocket expenses until we were at the counter for my appointment. Highly disappointed and would not recommend for anyone else. Nothing but respect for the dentist who did the work that was needed, however, I'd fire and replace the rest of the staff. At the very least, put them through extensive ethics training. If you cant focus on your job without talking smack, you're in the wrong field of work.

The doctor,staff and the office manager were awesome and very helpful an professional by providing me with all the answers to my questions. I recommend Pure Theory Dental

I just started my treatment at pure theory and I am already impressed. It's not every dentist that hears the needs of a patient and I can't even express how comfortable that made me feel. From the person at the front desk to the assistants and dentists all the way to the help in financing, everyone is top notch.

Hello my experience was very calming I get anxiety with anything pertaining to dentistry. The staff & Dr were all so friendly and compassionate I truly look forward to starting my treatment plan there .

Office staff & assistants were really nice, even worked me in early. However, I drove all the way from Mansfield to not feel helped at all. I was referred to them, and left feeling very dismissed & not helped at all. Basically told they couldn't do anything for me. Definitely not what I expected. I now see that's how they treat all they're "dental grant patients" based on other reviews.

I just want to take the time and commend Dr. Evans and the staff at Pure Theory Dental. I had a very complex and lengthy dental treatment plan and they did an excellent job. They are very personable, professional and sincerely care about patient care.

I spoke with Alma, she was amazing! I had several questions due to new insurance and she was very helpful and went above and beyond to answer all my questions. I definitely recommend this office.
