I saw Kate and Dr. Jess and the experience was calm, and respectful. They explained what to expect from the exam as a whole, as well as updates and explanations as to what they were doing the whole exam through. Both such lovely and nonjudgmental professionals. Made me feel comfortable and at ease. That says a lot, I have true anxiety around visiting the dentist. 2 thumbs up

Dr. Chad did surgical wisdom teeth removal for me about 3 years ago, and the job he did was HORRIBLE as he left multiple tooth debri in my gum without cleaning them out thoroughly. Throughout the 3 years I had to have multiple pieces of tooth debri taken out from my gum, and today during my new dentist visit I discovered that he also damaged the root of the tooth adjacent to where the wisdom tooth used to be, and this incident finally triggered me to leave a review on google, warning future customers to think twice before having him doing anything surgical to your wisdom teeth.

The advertised $89 new patient special currently listed on their website appears to be a bait-and-switch scam and false advertising. I have anxiety over going to the dentist, but my wife recommended Pure Smiles after going here years ago and taking advantage of the same new patient special. She had a good experience and truly paid that price, so I was looking forward to a cheap and lighter intro back into dental hygiene. When I arrived for my appointment, I was immediately told about the in-house savings plan for $400. That's fair--something to consider after this first time once I felt comfortable at this new place. Then the kicker--today's services would be $438 for a comprehensive exam, X-rays, and cleaning (IF they got to that today). I asked about the new patient special and was told it wouldn't cover the exam. Okay, no worries. My intention was just to get the cleaning and X-rays this time anyway. I asked if we could just do those two today and the answer was "no." The exam has to be done first. Breaking down the logic here, that means my only options on this first visit were to drop $438 for the services or $400 for a one-year plan to effectively lock myself in before I had even met anyone or felt comfortable. I wouldn't be leaving this review if that were the only piece of this. I get that the policy for this practice is to do the exam and they have every right to do that. But to advertise an $89 new patient special prominently on their website and in other marketing material is misleading and predatory for new customers.

Good visit. Everyone was friendly. I spent only a few minutes in the waiting room. I needed a filling with a novacaine shot. The shot was easy peasy with very little discomfort. You might say it went "slick as spit"Seriously though, it was a professional and compassionate visit. No fear here.

Great office, I am scared of the dentist and thus avoid them. Everyone there has made me feel very comfortable and the way they take time to make sure you are as pain free as possible. I was able to get a couple root canals that were overdue quickly before our vacation, service that counts. I have a few follow ups and am not afraid anymore!

Very nice and clean office! All the staff I worked with were extremely nice and very informative. I loved how I was able to see the X-rays on the screen as they were reviewed! I had a great experience with Marissa and Dr. Jess after not being to a dentist in years! My teeth feel amazing!

Highly impressed and newly created loyal patient! I was experiencing unusual dental pain on a Monday night. By Friday the week after everything was fixed and fabulous! From the minute I pulled up the website and interacted with the web chat, through the crown appointment I ended up needing, my expectations were exceeded every moment! The staff is amazing! They were caring and compassionate. They were extra patient and helpful with figuring out my insurance. They recommended a wonderful endontist for the root canal I needed. The office is beautiful, extremely well managed and very welcoming. I've never felt pampered by a dentist visit before, much less one that ended up needing a root canal and crown! Dr. Jess was wonderful. She answered all of my questions and took the time to make sure I understood every part of the process. I felt informed and comfortable every minute I was there! Assistant Kelly was so funny and friendly. The office ladies were so kind and understanding when I was trying to figure out all of the logistics. I'm so glad I found Pure Smiles!

I had a root canal and a wisdom tooth extraction done today. Yes, I might be a little crazy. Lol. Dr Chad and Grace were absolutely wonderful! I was pretty nervous at the beginning and Grace was great at helping ease my nerves. I was completely relaxed by the time I was numbed. I didn't feel a thing during any part of the procedure. Thank you so much for taking such good care of me today!!!
