After your orthodontist takes 3-D images of your mouth, custom aligner sets will be created for you. Each set is worn for about a week before switching to the next. I've had an amazing experience at this practice!! The staff is very friendly, doctor G is extremely nice, knowledgeable and is always there to answer any concerns we have and has gone the extra mile help us out. I got Invisalign done and both of my kids got braces through this practice. My daughters teeth and mine turn our beautiful, since we never missed any of the appointments and follow all the process. My son needed oral surgery. Dr. G took the time to call her oral surgeon and the hospital coordinator several times to make sure we got the procedure done asap. On my sons first app nothing got done because he was too scared of needles and we had to book the procedure at the hospital, this was very hard to do since the surgeon was so booked and the hospital too. Thanks to doctor G we got it done very soon. Overall our experiences have been amazing!! We're very thankful for doctor G treatment, care and her amazing staff!

I love it here ! No matter how many years go by I am always treated like family here. I got my braces here when I was back in high school in 2016 I believe ever since I have 0 complaints. Gotta say, was worried bout trying to get braces. But with the help of Dr. Silvana Gonzalez, I was had peace of mind. With the help of her and her team, I was able to walk out with a brand new and great smile in a span of 2 yrs. Really a great team to work with when you're trying to get your smile back!

Do yourself a favor and find a different orthodontist. This one does not have time to provide care to the patients they already have. We went to Pure Smiles after our orthodontist in Denver suggested Dr. G. Despite multiple red flags early on, we stayed with them through the pandemic. Unfortunately, the issues we experienced never resolved. We hoped to get through my daughter's treatment and find a new orthodontist for our other kids, as several of our friends were trying to do with their kids who go here. Dr. G is a very nice person, but you will see her rarely, if at all, after that first appt. The practice is horribly mismanaged and likely short staffed. It takes weeks to months to get an appointment for routine care. Even urgent issues take days to address. This pattern has grown increasingly severe since fall 2021. The practice's delays have led to a multi-month delay in my daughter getting her braces off, a point that did not trouble the staff at all when I raised it. If you are more than 5 min late they cancel your apt. and let's face it, in Austin traffic, who isn't late on occasion? The last straw for me was a particularly awful experience early this year. My daughter was getting headaches and having issues after some new hardware was put in and they wanted to make her wait three weeks for an appointment. I told my husband we had to switch orthodontists and emailed the practice about having her records transferred. They convinced us to stay and found an appointment the following week, making a big fuss about how switching orthodontists would throw off her treatment plan, delay her getting her braces off and mess up the insurance billing. We stayed and endured several more months of the same behavior. Summer came and we went for an apt. before leaving for several months out of state, which we communicated to them. While we were gone, the FSA card linked to our account expired and they couldn't continue billing for several months. We arrived back in Texas in August to discover they dismissed our daughter from the practice with no communication with us at all. Not a single email or call.(and after the hard time we had trying to leave the practice in January. I guess it was about their billing all along, clearly not about any negative impact to her treatment) They argued they sent a letter, which we obviously wouldn't get out of town and is outdated and inconvenient in a world with email and patient portals and text messaging programs. When we called to pay the summer balance in full with our new FSA card, they said they could not see her anymore because she had been dismissed from the practice. My daughter still has several months left in her treatment and we now have to find a new orthodontist. We would have saved ourselves so much trouble leaving at the first signs of their mismanagement, or after the January incident, but I am hopeful that others will read this and save themselves some pain. They aren't here to deliver quality care. They simply want to build the largest patient panel they can sustain to maximize their billing.

I have NEVER Had such a pleasant experience in any office, in any specialty, at any practice, as I have had here. The front desk staff is amazing. Manager was super cool, super chill, and she made everything so easy. The doctor is so upbeat and thorough. The hygienists are really really welcoming, very affirming, and so understanding. I have had bad experiences in the past at my general dentists office with the dental hygienist. Here, I don't feel judged I don't feel self-conscious. I got my braces put on and it was a great experience. I had some of my wires poke out after my teeth have shifted and I was really worried. I called and they got me in first thing in the morning to clip my wires and put some wax on for me and basically reassure me that everything was OK and that I didn't have to worry. I have always heard stories about how people hate going to the dentist. Not here! The atmosphere is so positive and upbeat and they are so kind. I am so glad I came to this place. I recommend them 100%.

I absolutely love coming here. It is such a clean, organized place and the staff is absolutely wonderful. Dr. G is super nice, knowledgeable and always goes the extra mile to answer any question that I have. Every time I have an emergency due to my braces they are always so flexible and try their hardest to get me in. Highly recommend this place to everyone.

Wonderful staff at Pure Smiles. I had a dental emergency involving a permanent retainer that became loose after 15+ years. They were able to see me quickly and address my loose wire, removing the old adhesive, cleaning the area and applying a fresh bonding agent. If me or my family require any work that needs an orthodontist, Pure Smiles will be the first place I reach out to.

I was on vacation in Austin and lost my retainers. They got me in the morning I called for a 10 minute scan and I was able to pick up my retainers same day. I didn't meet the orthodontist but the staff were very kind and helpful! The retainers were significantly more expensive ($575 for upper & lower) than all other local ortho offices that I called but they got me in same day so they got my business. Thank you for helping me in a pinch!
