after not being able to diagnose the cause of my discomfort you scheduled me for a cleaning. Within 24 hrs the true cause of my discomfort presented itself with disabling effect. I was then charged $50 for cancelling a follow up cleaning because i cancelled 20 hrs prior to said appt. A Finagler maybe. A medical professional definately not.

Best experience I've ever had at a dentist!! In the midst of a full office of patients, all the staff were so kind and patient. Felt well taken care of. First time ever that I'm not dreading my next visit!

It took me a lot to make an appointment after many failed dental procedures in the past. I went and they were all so nice and helpful. It makes it easier when there isn't judgmental and rude employees taking care of patients who are having dental anxiety.

They are wonderful. Very nice and welcoming. I have fear of dentist and they eased my fears they told me everything they was doing. Very gentle. All the staff was very friendly and helpful.

We have gone there for 16 years before it was even called pure smiles. This year I sent my 4 kids on Aug 4 for a cleaning and because they want to keep their high rating with insurance but get more money they added a fee for a hygienic room of $23 to all 4 kids they also did normal X-rays yet they added another fee of $195 that's not billable. I called today and they said they are not charging the $23 anymore and they lowered the $195 to $85 after they got "feedback" but they weren't going to change my bill because it was a charge they had at the time , then they said they can take off $46 of my total $287 ( for cleanings and X-rays my insurance pays 100% of) but the rest we still owed . Also I had a credit from a year ago they never sent me so they used that to pay part of my bill . Why wouldn't they send me that a year ago??? The hygienist were awesome always but the business practices here are shady. They just lost my family of 7's business which is a shame because we have gone there for years. I added a image of my bill for proof.

I had a deep cleaning done before at a different place and I had so much pain and discomfort. I had this same procedure done at pure smile and it was so different. She was gentle,kind thoughtful and I had very little pain afterwards. They are always so kind and helpful.

HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. Only giving one star because I have to. Probably one of the WORST companies I've dealt with because of their lack of customer service skills. When making the appointment the dentist in my network was mentioned so I could be scheduled with said dentist. I also mentioned after my first appointment that the dentist was not who I was expecting and was told it should be fine. After two appointments and a large bill later, Pure Smiles failed to mention that the services I received was out of my dental network. Confronted them about this and received conflicting information. Receptionist said I should have been told the dentist was out of network prior to services and billing department said that I wouldn't be told and that "no other company does this". Pure Smiles "investigated" for several weeks internally only and determined that they were not at fault and the full amount was due. This was communicated via text message. The text mentioned that they had tried to call me, but I never received a phone call. Overall, incredibly poor customer service and I will tell others NOT to go there. Will not be back in the future.

Called to make new patient appointment and was able to get in the same day. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, was very please...5star. Additional appointments to come. After additional appts not happy with there office practice and lack of communication within their staff. My Advice to all...make sure you always get printed copies of all information... treatments, procedures, cost, pre-cert from your insurance & make sure to advocate for yourself...contact your insurance company before trusting them. Unprofessional work practice!

Everyone is very friendly and good at what they do. You don't have to wait long as well to see the hygienist. If your appt is at 1.. you see them at 1.. not 1:30.

I ate a burger and had immediate pain in my tooth afterwards, it hurt so bad I immediately drove to the nearest dentist office . Low and behold these folks took me in right away. Never met them in my life and they fixed me right up . Thank you sooooo much !!
