Love Dr Lisa Whang and her staff. I had such bad experiences before with novacain before teeth are worked. They always tell me I have different branches of nerves that they can not numb. Sometimes 3-4 times before they get me numb. Dr Lisa Whang got it right and I had no discomfort during my crown removed and redone and a cavity. Her staff is always kind and gentle with smiles. I live in the big island so I travel to Oahu for my teeth being cleaned and done by dr Lisa Whang.

I have visited Pure Smiles Hawaii for two years for cleanings, fillings, and crowns. Dr. Shirai is very friendly, professional, and patient. She did a very nice cleanings and fillings on my teeth and I don't need to worry about tooth decay any more. I also have two crowns from Dr. Shirai and she was very patient in adjusting and fitting, so my both crowns are comfortable and beautiful.

Aloha everyone, My buddy refered me to Lisa Whang Shirai DDS ! I was having issues with my Dentist at the time so I tried Lisa ! Made the call and the receptionist was so awesome I made an appointment ! Wow what an awesome experience I was treated like a King as soon as I walked in the door ! Lisa gave me all her attention no interruptions and best of all explained exactly what she needed to do to help me ! If you have tried all the rest now call the best Lisa at New Pure Smile Mahalo

You always feel welcome at Pure Smiles Hawaii! The staff shows genuine interest and concern for the patients. Dr Lisa Whang Shirai is very skillful, and her and her assistant take excellent care. Dr Shirai has an outgoing personality, which puts you immediately at ease. I am a squeamish patient when it concerns my teeth, but I manage to relax under Dr Shirai's care. "Pure Smiles Hawaii" is a kindly and professional dental office, well equipped and with well prepared professionals.

I had a very pleasant experience with Dr Lisa Whang and her staff, who explained all the procedure and provided valuable advices. Its not easy to find a good dentist! I would definitely recommend Dr Whang and her wonderful staff!

Dr. Lisa Shirai is one of the most patient, knowledgeable and attentive dentists I have seen. She has a very warm personality that always makes me less anxious and more comfortable for my dental appointments with her. BTW, her assistant and front desk staff are doing a great job too. I would recommend her to my family and friends.

Dr. Lisa is very nice,and she is very patient friendly. She will put herself in the patient's perspective and consider things for her patients. Her assistant and the front desk staff are great too! I really enjoyed my visit with Dr. Lisa. She is very caring about you as an individual, and she does an excellent job. I had no pain when she did some drilling. She explained what needed to be done and wanted you to decide what to do. I would recommend her to any one who needs her service.
