Dr. Alex Hradek was raised in Cleveland, Ohio. Following high school Dr. Hradek began his journey at Case Western Reserve University where he achieved a Bachelor of Science in biochemistry. He commissioned in the United States Army Reserve in 2013 and continued his education at The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. In 2017, he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery and joined the active component of the United States Army as a general dentist. Dr. Hradek was stationed at Ft. Polk, Louisiana and in 2018, he deployed to Afghanistan in support of Operation Freedoms Sentinel and Operation Resolute Support.
Dr. Hradeks areas of expertise include general and cosmetic dentistry, CAD/CAM and digital dentistry, obstructive sleep apnea, and single and multi-unit prosthodontics. Dr. Hradek enjoys building relationships, helping patients with their oral health, and helping them achieve a healthy smile for life.
Hannah was born in Delaware, Ohio and raised in Marengo, Ohio. Following high school, Hannah continued her education in a Dental Assisting Program. She has been at the Delaware practice since 2016 starting as a Dental Assistant and working her way to her current position as Office Manager. Hannah likes that the dental industry is always changing. She loves learning new things, self-advancement, and the relationships she has with the patients. When she is not working Hannah enjoys outdoor activities such as traveling, hiking, and kayaking. Hannah has even gone skydiving! Hannah looks forward to continued learning and helping the practice grow.
Stephanie was born in Tampa, Florida, and raised between there and Douglasville, Georgia. She joined the Pure Smiles Delaware team in May 2021. Along with some secondary education, Stephanie completed her Radiographers Certification. Stephanie enjoys being a part of the Pure Smiles family and meeting new people every day! When she isnt working, you can find Stephanie spending time with friends, family, her husband, and their furry friends. She also enjoys spending time crafting and outdoor activities.
Annie was raised in Marysville, Ohio. She achieved her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. In Spring of 2020 Annie was inducted to the National Dental Hygiene Honor Society. Annie joined the Delaware practice in October 2020. She enjoys getting to share her passion for teeth with patients every day! When she is not at work, Annie enjoys baking, puzzling, spending time with her family and boyfriend, trying new restaurants, and playing cards and board games. Annie has had the privilege of performing on OSUs football field three times while in color guard with the Marysville High School Marching Band.
Joanna was born and raised in Poland. Following high school Joanna went on to complete her Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene and her Bachelor Degree in Hospitality Management. She joined the Delaware practice in 2016. Joanna enjoys helping her patients to achieve oral health care. When she is not working, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and playing with her dogs.
Melanie was raised in Degraff, Ohio. After graduating high school and two years at Ohio High Point Career Center, Melanie continued her education and achieved her Dental Assistant Certification. Melanie joined our Pure Smiles Delaware team in September 2021. She enjoys being able to share dental information with patients and sharing fun facts such as Americans buy more than 14 million gallons of toothpaste every year (source unknown). When she is not at work, Melanie enjoys spending time with her family.
Heidi was born and raised in Lansing, Michigan. She joined the Pure Smiles Westerville team in May of 2021. Heidi attended both Case Western University and Lansing Community College. In addition to her EFDA certification, Heidi holds certifications in Phlebotomy, Administration and Monitoring of Nitrous Oxide, Coronal Polishing, CPR, and Radiology. Heidi enjoys working to recreate broken smiles and especially loves seeing the patients smile after their treatment is completed and they have their smile back! When she isnt working, Heidi enjoys traveling. Her favorite travel destination is the Keys of Florida.
Kimberly was born and raised in San Diego, California. Kim enjoys interacting with patients in the dental industry. When she is not working, Kim enjoys spending time with friends and family. Kim prefers outdoor activities and sports related activities.

The visit was a comfortable experience. The staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. Dr Alex discussed multiple options for the work needed so I could decide what was best for me. It was a good dental experience.

Ableist af. Tried getting basic info from web chat (?: is the set up here private rooms or pods). Was asked several times for my name & phone number. I am unable to talk on the phone & told them more than once that I didn't want to converse that way. They refused to answer my questions and told me to... CALL THEM for answers. Horrid customer service.

My husband and I are new patients at Pure Smiles and we can not say enough good things about this staff. Dr. Alex was wonderful warm and friendly. Our hygienist Annie was gentle and gave me a wonderful dental cleaning. Great experience!

I needed emergency care due to my dentist office being closed for vacation. Thankfully, Pure Smiles came to my rescue. Dr Alex, his assistant and office staff are fantastic. Everyone was so friendly, caring and helpful. My heroes!!!

I went in because an older veneer had broken. I had an appointment with Dr. Alex to get a new crown. In an hour and 35 minutes I walked out of there with a new, beautiful crown already made on the premises and glued on. And there was no yucky dental impressions. I was amazed. I had no idea I wouldn't have to come back in a few weeks to get my crown. They were amazing. I was more than impressed. I would definitely recommend this office.

UPDATE: Dr Alex is so smart. He immediately figured out why a filling was causing me some pain and resolved it right away. I'm looking forward to my next appointment with him. I used to be afraid to go to a dentist. Not anymore. Very knowledgeable staff and dentist! Surprisingly affordable. I love how they all answer your questions and dont make you feel rushed. They dont push anything on you and it's all about you while you're there. Literally the best dentist visit I've ever had. I feel like its not the end of the world anymore regarding the work that needs done on my teeth.

Annie my hygienist was so very nice and very sweet! I like Mel at the front desk when you walk in and of course my dentist was very nice! Great place to go!

My only complaint is that Dr. Alex doesn't follow football.... They take really good care of me there. Best dentist I've had over the years.
