Called for a consult and the secretary was super rude regarding my situation. She was advising me when she has no idea about my situation. She was clearly over stepping. I never made the consult appointment because I was was so turned off by her making suggestions about my medical situation without 90% of the information or the degree to do so.

A friend referred Dr. Jones and the Pure Smiles team and I am so grateful he did. Staff is very kind and friendly, they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Amazing work and state of the art technology. I highly recommend making Dr. Jones your dentist. My family and I will not go anywhere else in the future

Dr Jones and the whole team at Pure Smiles are the most kind, compassionate, efficient, thorough crew around! I am so grateful to have been recommended to them. I had a few fillings, a yellow spot covered, and a cavitation surgery. They made me extremely comfortable from the second I walked into the business and their care extended after I left. They called to check in, and even saw me to make sure I was healing properly before leaving town. The best of the best! Very grateful for dr.Jones and his crew! I would recommend them 10/10!!

I rarely write reviews but my experience with Pure Smiles deserves to be recognized! Dr. Jones and Jenna discovered I had an infected tooth and explained my options. I definitely did not want to go with a root canal so I chose to have my tooth extracted. (I will get an implant soon!) Everyone made me feel so comfortable and at ease with the lengthy process of a tooth extraction and implant placement. Dr Jones and Jenna both took time to answer my questions in detail and never made me feel "rushed". Rhonda was always quick to respond to my numerous emails and messages. The entire experience was easier than I thought and I am actually looking forward to my next visit in 6 months!! I would highly recommend Pure Smiles if you are nervous about seeing a dentist! :)

This is no ordinary drive through type of dental practice that just wants you in and out as soon as possible. It is a practice that genuinely cares about patients and your overall health, not just your teeth. Dr. Jones clearly keeps up on modern ways to take care of patients and is very caring and compassionate. He even uncovered a hidden chronic sinus issue I was dealing with that multiple ENTs missed. If you are looking for a family oriented dental practice that values you as a person and not just a number, look no further! Thanks Dr. Jones, Jenna, and Rhonda! You all are the best!!

Pure smiles is by far the best dental practice that I have experienced. Everyone there from Rhonda at the front desk, to Jenna and Jason who run the practice are amazing. They ensure that you are comfortable and informed every step of the way. Their technology and biological approach to dentistry is second to none. Everything is top of the line, and they ensure the total health of your mouth and focus on treating underlying causes verses just treating your symptoms. Pure Smiles is as good of an experience as you could possibly have in a dentists office. The front office is so friendly, thorough and accommodating. I have gone to them over the years for everything; cleanings, cavities, extractions, you name it. Dr. Jones is the best when it comes to oral surgery. He extracted my front tooth which sat between two delicate veneers without chipping or damaging them. His presence, knowledge and experience creates a very comforting environment, especially during any type of surgery. They always take the time to engage, answering all of my questions and ensuring that I leave feeling taken care of. I love Pure Smiles and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Dr Jason Jones and his wife Jenna make a great team. They are upbeat, friendly, personal and really care for your well being. The care provided at this office by the entire staff puts you at ease. You will never have to worry about going to see a dentist again when you see Dr Jones. My last dentist expanded too much and consequently lost that personal care that is so important in dentistry. I am grateful that I found Dr Jones.

Extremely satisfied with Dr. Jones and staff! We were seeking a holistic dentist and found the valley's best! Office staff is helpful and caring. Jenna is gentle and so upbeat. Dr.Jones spends time discussing any questions or concerns and is very skilled! My son even enjoys going to the dentist! Highly recommended!
