Dr. Daniel Rangel is a licensed orthodontist with over 30 years of experience. He attended Loyola University School of Dentistry in Chicago, IL where he graduated as valedictorian and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree. After his dental training, Dr. Rangel attended the prestigious University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine where he graduated as valedictorian again, and completed his residency and Master in Dental Science (MDS) in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics. This advanced training allows Dr. Rangel to treat complex orthodontic cases and achieve excellent results. Prior to opening his own practice, Dr. Rangel taught as an associate professor at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry. Dr. Rangel proudly supports downtown Northvilles and Grand Blancs local events, schools, and teams.

My daughter got her braces on last July and this office and staff is amazing. I was a little nervous as first but they make every visit so comfortable. I would recommend Pure Orthodontics to everyone.

Our youngest daughter has been a patient of Dr. Rangel's for several years. We are nearing the "finish line" and could not have been happier with our experiences at this office. The staff are all very friendly, competent and welcoming. Communication is outstanding. Dr. Rangel and his staff have been wonderful to work with, and our daughter's teeth are looking beautiful and have stayed healthy throughout. We never feel like we are being rushed through the straightening process like we did with the orthodontist who treated our other daughters. Each patient is treated like they are important and their concerns and questions will be addressed with respect and care (be sure to get your child evaluated when they are young. Long gone are the days of starting orthodontic treatment at age 13. It makes a huge difference to be seen early and have continuity of care from a doctor you trust). I highly recommend this practice.

it never fails when I'm spoken to; The customer service is rude. its not welcoming nor is it kind. I spoke to someone and let them know this was un acceptable. This location just opened downtown grand blanc, surely I was excited.. However was completely turned down by the way I was spoken to. You would think in this field of work, there would be emphasis behind good customer service especially seeing a huge part of the job, and customer experience is being comfortable.

I've been at this orthodontist since elementary school, and I always feel well cared for at my appointments. I am very grateful for what Dr. Rangel has done for my smile, and the staff are always very considerate and kind!

I've been coming to Dr. Rangel since I was 13 years old, and he is the best!!! I still come to him 20 years later for my retainer needs even though I live in a different state now. His new office / facility is state of the art as well!! My whole family came here for our orthodontist needs!

I have been coming here since middle school now my whole family started coming here as well for dental and orthodontics. The staff here are very nice to us and very accommodating. Thank you for the great service Dr Rangel and staff ! The new office is very nice too.
