Update on my recovery from surgery. Had my upper teeth removed and implants installed on 10/27. Today is 11/09 about two weeks later and all is well. Today I was eating steak at Tx Roadhouse (in small bite size pieces). This has been a life changing event for me.I hesitated out of fear and cost for so many years. And now I can smile confidently thanks to Dr Ellis and his wonderful staff. Why did I choose Dr Ellis? After meeting with many other facilities, Dr Ellis was the only one to breakdown everything, simple, clear and concise. No surprises and with no "other" down the road charges. And, Dr Ellis's credentials are beyond impressive. His vast experience gave me the assurance that I would be in the right hands. And, all my doubts, hesitations, fears, pain and discomfort were all unnecessarily self imposed. I've had more pain hitting my shin on the boat trailer than with this procedure. Can't wait to have my permanent teeth installed in February. If you are thinking about doing this, You would be amiss by not consulting with Dr. Ellis. Absolutely 5 Stars!

I've been researching dental implants for over 10 months. Spoke and met with many, with total disappointment! With "surprise" additional charges! I have to say that Dr Ellis and his staff are true professionals. From my initial phone call with Ms.Taylor to discussing the procedure, the no nonsense all inclusive pricing, and the process details with Dr Ellis, I experienced their dedication and attention to my concerns first hand. Can't wait to get my new smile in a few weeks. 10/27 UPDATEi I had my procedure done today! All teeth (upper) removed and had 5 implants and temp dentures installed while the gums heal! I had serious issues about going under and especially the "after pain" during the recovery process (I had read horror stories). This was the easiest and less painful dental experience ever. The staff was there with me throughout the procedure! After, had some minor swelling and discomfort for about an hour and a half. Picked up their prescription painkillers at CVS and to my surprise, No pain after that, I mean zero pain at all? I was waiting for the brutal pain to hit, and nothing. All my concerns and appreciations were for nothing These folks deserve 10 start

I recently went to this location to have my wisdom teeth removed and was put on antibiotics. I now have a candida infection and they're requiring me to go all the way back to the office to get looked at (more money). This was my last straw for mint and pure oral surgery. I'll look for a new dentist!

Horrible customer service at the Love Field location. There is so much miscommunication and no actual customer resolution. I really wanted to go to this office for my wisdom teeth extractions from reading the reviews but based off the interaction provided I will tell others to be careful with scheduling any consultations and paying deposit fees. The staff there is not trained properly and will inform you otherwise about what was discussed over the phone.

I am very upset with this company! If you see that I am in pain and you clearly see the cause why wouldn't you all be able to work with me on the payment. You sent me home after paying you $200 and still in pain because you have to have the full payment. Not right!

Dr. Ellis is the most knowledgeable and thorough when it came time for surgery. He explained everything from top to bottom and answered all of my questions. The office staff was extremely nice and the office was clean. Came back for a post op appointment and everything was perfect from here on out. I would highly recommend getting your surgery at Pure Oral Surgery!

Nate (my son) went to MINT DENTISTRY today and had a great experience. Easy check in! Awesome friendly staff! And a goodie bag to leave with. Nate made an appointment for his next 6 month appt. yay!!! Great to have a dentist in Dallas instead of traveling back and forth to our past dentist. And I believe it's time for the rest of the family to make a switch to MINT DENTISTRY :)!!! Thank you for a great experience:))))

First class surprise from a standard check up to a tooth being pulled! Staff were very pleasant, considerate and informative. The Doctor was a true professional. It truly was painless, even the billing! Great job by all at Mint Love Field.

SCAM!! Avoid this place. Not sure if all their locations are the same story "I'm guess they are." Asked how much a Deep clean was and they told me without insurance is $400. I asked again to verify, and they young lady said YES, without insurance I would pay $400 for deep clean which includes two follow up visits. Then I tell her I have insurance an my policy covers 50% for deep clean. I tell her that I should pay out if pocket $200 if their price is $400 for a deep clean. She quickly goes back to talk to someone and didn't even answer my question. When she returns she tells me that price changes for people with insurance. That Deep clean is $800 now, so I would pay $400 out of pocket.....WHAT!!!! So are you telling me........ ** with or without insurance customers pay $400 regardless?!?! ** you raise the price for customers with insurance so you can get paid twice?!?! $400 by my insurance and STILL the $400 from me?!?! I called them out on it. They tried to explain They wanted me to sign a form to schedule an appointment. Which if you cancel, they still charge you $50. Stay away. This place is a Total Scam!!

Dr was super nice. But the only thing that happened was the assistant was not paying attention when the Dr was cleaning my teeth. The suction went to the back of my throat and now I have a REALLY PAINFUL sore on the back of my mouth bc she wasn't paying attention as to where it was while my teeth was being cleaned. It literally feels like my tonsil is swollen. It hurts to eat,drink and swallow my spit. I have tried to call left a voicemail and no call backs. I think I will go back to my Dr in Plano I rather not this happen again.

I walked into this mint dentistry because it was close to my house I wanted to give matt dentistry a chance to do my teeth because of all the advertising I hear over the radio over and over again radio ads with their model let us earn your business the lady at the front desk was very rude not very appealing she almost made me feel like I was not wanted there or she was being fake I can imagine the experience what would make me want to go there if the font desk desk desk to people seem fake
