Called in to see if I could get my fill in fixed and they kindly got me in for a same day appointment. Everyone there was really nice. I would recommend this place to everyone.

I HAD TO GO TO THE GARFIELD HIEGHTS TO HAVE A ROOT CANAL AND I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT OFFICE. THEY ARE NOT VERY FRIENDLY OR PLEASANT, I DONT LIKE DOCTORS OF ANY KIND AND THIS VISIT JUST MADE ME NOT LIKE THEM EVE. MORE. KNOW O. A GOOD NOTE THE OFFICE AT GREAT NORTHERN MALL IS VERY PLEASANT AND KIND. THEY MAKE YOU FEEL VERY VERY CALM AND RELAXED.. EVERY ONE AT NORTH OLMSTED WILL DEFANTLY HAVE MY BUSINESS AND THEY SHOULD KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.. THE GARFIELD HIEGHTS OFFICE COULD LEAN ALOT ON HOW TO TREAT AND INTERACT WITH PEOPLE AND NOT BE HORRIBLE AS THEY ARE NOW.. THE RATING FOR THE GARFIELD HIEGHTS OFFICE IS AND WILL ALWAYS BE A BIG MINUS 5 STARS....

Do not recommend. Had a few fillings done here because it was one of the only places that accepted my insurance at the time. Prior to having my fillings done I wasn't having any tooth pain, but shortly after each filling I was having extreme sensitivity. I had 2 appointments for my fillings so at the second one I told the dentist and she said to give it several weeks. She said, "if it doesn't go away you likely need a root canal, I really hope it's not that." Well, here I am about 2 months out and the sensitivity has only gotten worse, and I can't help but feel like it is their fault due to the fact that until they messed with my teeth I wasn't having any pain. I 100% will not be seeing them for this possible root canal, and will be making an emergency appointment with my new dentist now that I have new insurance. Be cautious for fillings here! Dental cleaning was fine and the hygienist was kind, but the dentist wasn't even the one who performed my fillings.

I waste my time coming here they could at least told me on the phone to get my exrays from my past dentist ...they told me to come in.... they where going to check my teeth thank u for not helping me at all... smh I drove over there hoping to make me feel better they even told me to come earlier the dentist wanted to see me ....

Horrible phone service she was answering my questions before I could even complete my sentence on what I was trying to say my and she was wrong on what she thought I was about to say get a new receptionist or she needs more training

This place is a revolving door for dentists and most of the staff. I have been seen by a different dentist almost every time. In addition, I received a surprise bill . When I arrived for my appointment recently, the receptionist first told me they had no appointment scheduled for me. Then she told me I had an outstanding balance over $500 from a procedure done a year ago. At the time of the procedure I was given an estimate showing charges, expected insurance coverage and insurance discounts. I paid for the rest at that time. What they didn't tell me was that the dentist doing the procedure was out-of-network, so when I got my insurance statement it did not include the discounts. I called the office and was assured that they would honor the discounts, and I never got any bills after that, but now they are telling me they will not honor the discounts. Follow-up: I sent a letter five months ago, and they never responded. I called today and the receptionist was even more rude and impossible to talk to than before. "I sent you a statement the day you were here," she said. "Yes, and I sent a letter in response. Did you see it?" "That would have gone directly to the central office." "I sent it to your office address." "Other people open mail here. I wouldn't have seen it." "Is there someone in the central office I can talk to?" "No, they pass it all down here." She pointed out that I had signed an estimate with a disclaimer that "Coverage may be different if your deductible has not been met, annual maximum has been met, or if your coverage table is lower than average." Yes, I have that estimate, and none of those conditions apply to this situation. The estimate they gave me was based on a pre-approval from the insurance company. It included exact figures of the amounts to be billed to and paid by the insurance company, as well as insurance discounts. I have had other procedures there before and the amounts were exactly as quoted. The only difference this time is that the dentist was out of network and they didn't tell me, so the insurance company didn't hold them to the discounted rates they had quoted. It's not my insurance coverage that is the problem, it is that they had an out of network dentist on staff and they quoted a price as if the dentist was in network. If I had known I would have insisted on an in-network dentist. Talking to this one person is like pulling teeth (pun intended), and she won't let me talk to anyone else.

Like the previous statement this place is a revolving door for dentists and most of the staff. I have been seen by a different dentist almost every time. In addition, I received a surprise bill so i called the office with my healthcare provider on the phone the receptionist was rude Not listening to the healthcare associate she heard me make a comment (this receptionist) hung up on us. So again very rude rep however the dentist Dr Novak was excellent but the rep that answered the phone hopefully she would be fired by my next appointment anyway too much to say, TERRIBLE SERVICE...

I was terrified of the dentist even though I knew I needed a lot of dental work. The team there is fantastic, they talk you through your procedures, what they are doing, and are very focused on ensuring you are comfortable. I would recommend them to anyone.

If you don't have anything nice to say don't say nothing. But I will mention one of the receptionist was extremely rude to my SIX year old boy.

I was in so much pain and no other dentist office had the capacity to get me in same day. I called pure health and ms Denise was more than kind. She handled my insurance swiftly and I was able to get in and be seen. I'm more than grateful and would recommend pure health to anyone in the Garfield,maple,independence and Bedford areas

I was in major pain and was able to be seen by the Pure Health dental staff in Garfield Heights. From the front desk, Dental Assistant and Doctor this has got to be hands down the BEST dental office I have ever been to. Their facility is always very clean. The staff is always welcoming and polite. The Doctor is very detailed as he explains what procedure he is about to complete on you. I've had experiences where the Doctor will just rush you through the process so they can hurry to get to the next patient. This is not how things get done here. I can go on and on about how fabulous this office is but the only way you will know is....if you need a cleaning, simple dental check up or some work done go and experience it this place yourself. You wont regret it.

Pure health dental is a really great dental office. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and they do a great job with fixing teeth. I had a great experience when I first went there. Keep up the great work team! Warm shout out to Nicole, she knows how to make people feel comfortable while at the office.
