Dr was very unprofessional , did my cleaning herself and x-ray, told me she would contact me let me know what my insurance covered , never heard back from her office . She was wrapped from head to feet ,covid time she was rude and I wouldn't send my dog to her so much for twenty years experience!!

I reentry switched my dental care to Sheela Neral's office. I am satisfied with the service that I received from this office. Wait time at the office is minimal. Dr Neral did a great job with my dental fillings. Office environment is friendly.

Dr sheela is comforting to me and her staff is wonderful and the hygienist is very precise, the secretary is great all around a blessing

I'm sure a lot of people are very nervous going to the dentist and I'll admit I am one of them. Once I got in the chair it all went away. I don't care for change and I feel this is a change for the better. The hygienist made me extremely comfortable and relaxed not an easy feat. Very friendly and professional. I honestly rarely do reviews, it has to rather impressive.

I have been going to Dr. Neral for almost 10 years now. I love her and the staff at Pure Dental! It always amazes me how many details she remembers about me and my son (now a patient of hers as well) and I love that she doesn't push unnecessary work. I would always recommend her!

Dr. Neral is a great dentist and has vast experience. Very welcoming staff! Made me feel welcome and not uncomfortable at all. Explained everything that was and is going to happen in great detail and did not make me feel rushed when I had any questions.The staff at Pure Dental really cares about my well being and do not try to up-sell anything. Amazing dentist office, fantastic reminder system about appointment. I highly recommend!

Excellent Doctor, Great facility, friendly staff. We have been going to Pure Dental over 4 years now. Initially I (42 Male) started with invisalign treatment with Dr. Neral which went perfect, then my wife and son also switched here for regular dental work. We are extremely happy with their professionalism and services. Highly recommended.

I've been with Pure Dental for many years, so they are more like family. Dr. Neral Is very calming, gentle and compassionate. The staff are professional, personable, and attentive. I have referred people to Pure Dental, and I will continue to refer people to Pure Dental. The office is always very clean and quiet with a good energy flow.

Being a person who neglected going to the dentist for several years, I was very nervous about going. All the staff was pleasant and didn't make me feel guilty for not taking better care of my teeth. I am so happy I found this dental office. I no longer feel anxious about going to the dentist. Thanks to all the staff who are always so pleasant and professional
