Pure Dental Care is a West Palm Beach based family dentist practice that treats patients of all ages. We are committed to delivering the highest quality dental care and do so using advanced dental equipment. We are a cosmetic dentist that offers services like checkups, teeth cleaning, crowns, veneers and more.
Dr. Elizabeth Keith is a board-certified dentist who is licensed in Florida. She has 18 years of experience, with a special emphasis on restorative and aesthetic dentistry. Her areas of special interest include diagnostics, treatment planning, crown and bridgework, surgical extractions, implant restorations, removable dentures and cosmetics dentistry. Dr. Keith is known for excellent skills and a compassionate chairside manner. She has excellent communication skills, and she is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Dr. Keith began her journey to dentistry at the Palm Beach Junior College where she graduated from the AA Pre-Dental program. She went on to the University of Florida in Gainesville, where she completed the microbiology program, and earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 1994. She was awarded Fellowship with the Academy of General Dentistry in 2006.
In her unwavering commitment to continuing education, Dr. Keith has completed many advanced training programs with respected institutions such as the Academy of General Dentistry and the American Dental Association. She regularly attends conferences, seminars, and lectures to stay abreast of the latest technology and techniques. She is a member of the International Academy of Oral Medicine & Toxicology since 2014 and is certified in safe mercury and amalgam removal technique.
Most recently, Dr. Keith has been focusing on expanding her exceptional skills in implantology. Zirconia implants have been shown to have properties equal or superior to titanium, which is opening the door for completely metal-free dentistry, with the advantages of implants. However, the process is sophisticated and technique sensitive. This is a relatively new concept in the United States, and Dr. Keith is one of a select few dental professionals trained in restoring the ceramic implants after Dr. DeLuca has placed and approves their integration. In December of 2012, she completed the Zirconia Implants course with Z-Systems, the leaders in ceramic implant manufacturing.
Dr. Keiths professional affiliations include the Academy of General Dentistry (Fellow), American Dental Implant Association, American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, Central Palm Beach County Dental Association and Atlantic Research Clinic.
Dr. Yagi Patel has worked hard to provide patients in the area with a successful, comprehensive practice that not only meets your expectations, but exceeds them. She has built her facility on trust, experience, and personalized dental care for every patient who visits her practice. She brings the best methodologies and materials that dentistry has to offer and provides them to her patients. With continued training and experience, she also keeps herself and her entire team informed on the latest and greatest in dental technology.
With dental technology, patients can completely transform their smiles with the assistance of a dedicated team of professionals. Dr. Yagi Patel finds it exhilarating to be able to help make a difference in patient smiles to improve self-confidence and beauty. It is extremely gratifying for her to provide these services. She has upgraded her digital dentistry knowledge in how to design a smile digitally without drilling the tooth and deliver a smile that was designed to a high degree of accuracy.
Dr. Yagi Patels experience and training includes receiving her BDS at the University of Bristol, England in 1985 and her DDS in National and Florida Boards in 1988. She is a member of many institutions, including the American Dental Association (ADA), Atlantic Coast District Dental Association, and the Florida Dental Association. Advanced training includes Lumineers Smile Design Workshop and Invisalign certification.
In her spare time, Dr. Yagi Patel enjoys spending time with her husband and children. She has a daughter and a son and is proud to raise a family that continues to help others. She enjoys staying fit with walks on the beach and a vegetarian diet, and is dedicated to her family life.
Dr. Kyle B. DeLuca attended the University of Florida for his undergraduate training and obtained his Doctorate in Dental Medicine from Nova Southeastern Universitys College of Dental Medicine. During dental school, Dr. DeLuca excelled with clinical and academic excellence.
He completed a full-time three-year Post-Graduate Residency in Periodontology, the specialty of dentistry that focuses on saving teeth, treating gum disease, and dental implant therapy. He has given presentations at national meetings (oral and poster presentations) and lectured to and taught dental students.

What can I say, Yvonne and the whole staff here Is amazing, Yvonne the dental hygienist is patient and will explain everything thoroughly. From the reception desk (Andrea) to Dr Keith it's nothing but smiles laughs, and a friendly environment. They are very precise and meticulous with their process which I love, Andrea made it easy to setup my first and second appointment and she accommodated to my schedule and really made me like family from the start as well as the rest of the staff at Pure Dental. Nothing but good things to say about this dental office, I would highly recommend seeing them if you are nervous or hesitant about going to the right place. If I could give more then 5 stars I would, Yvonne is as professional as they come, she did my debridement and scaling which was painless and quick! All of their machinery and equipment is top notch, the technology they use really shows you everything about your mouth you are not able to see at home, and they breakdown all of the X-rays and 3D images of your teeth. Look no further if you are in need of a professional dental office!

I've been looking for a holistic dentist for some time. So thankful to have finally found this office! Yvonne (dental hygienist) was so incredibly thorough and patient with my questions. The treatment prices are very reasonable and all the staff I met were super friendly. So happy to have a new dentist that respects my views, listens to me, and offers alternative solutions!

I was referred to Pure Dental years ago by my functional medicine practitioner in Palm Beach for replacing all toxic mercury fillings. They've always been priced reasonably. Everyone at the office is friendly and professional, especially the manager/receptionist Andrea. She is a knowledgeable expert and goes the extra mile to assist patients with payment and insurance issues. Dr. Keith just fixed an old molar cap that came off and had a painful exposed nerve underneath. She did a beautiful job with her very skilled technician, Tiffany, and I no longer have pain! Yvonne always does a great job cleaning my teeth and is so pleasant. This is a GREAT practice!

I love love love this place. Going to the dentist never felt so rewarding. Everyone is friendly and very knowledgeable. Andrea is the absolute best, between her and the rest of the team they assure you that you're not just a client. They show genuine concern and I probably will never leave PBC unless I plan to travel every 4-6 mo's back home for my dentist visits!

I'm super scared of dentists because of a bad experience in my childhood. It took all my courage to finally make this appointment to work on a nicer smile and get my teeth fixed. Once I was there, I felt right at home. No one gave me a hard time about the bad condition of my teeth, everyone there was very supportive and careful in their treatment. There was not one moment where I felt uncomfortable. These people changed my view about dentists within one visit. If you're anywhere near as scared as I am, you need to give them a try. I highly recommend this place!

This dental practice was great . Andrea was amazing over the phones and set me up for an appointment. She was really sweet to squeeze me in . She also followed up with me after my visit to make sure I understand everything and took the time to write down everything discussed for me . Dr. Keith was very humble sweet and knowledgeable. She addressed all my concerns. Never pushed anything on me . Her assistant was also great and very gentle as I am very terrified of the dentist . I'm very glad I've found this practice that truly cares about my health and not just money.

They pulled a dead tooth he had and I saw the energy come back to him that I've never seen before. Thank you for helping restore his health and vitality. Going to the dentist is never a place one wants to go, however, this was the best dental experience I've had. Everyone I encountered was kind, helpful and made sure I understood what they were doing for me. I highly recommend this practice, you will be well cared for!
