He is honest, kind, and compassionate. He has a brother named Donald who is also a dentist in our practice, and he is an avid gym and exercise enthusiast on his free time. He also dedicates his time to volunteer work with the community.
Dr. Raena Tourgoli graduated University California Irvine with a Bachelor of Science degree before pursuing her passion in Dentistry. After UCI she attended Midwestern College of Dental Medicine and received a doctorate in Dentistry. During her studies she really was in love with restorative procedures such as Root Canals, Veneers, and Clear Aligners. Her chairside manner makes her patients very comfortable. Her patients enjoy her friendly personality and appreciate the gentle but detailed care she provides. She has experience with many state-of-the art dental technologies including Invisalign, Cerec machine, Lumineers, CT scan, diode laser, Arestin, Itero, and more. Her goal is to provide a positive dental experience for every patient that sits in the chair and to emphasize the importance of oral hygiene and preventive care. Dr. Ha has is perhaps one of our team's most positive personalities. He is kind, has super gentle treatment, and does great dental work! Dr. Tae Ha has been a practicing dentist in the Los Angeles area and he completed his official training from the University of Southern California (USC). Interestingly, both Dr. Ha and Dr. Pham were classmates in their younger days. They have shared their friendship and professional life together for many years. Dr. Haeri practices all aspects of dentistry and specializes in creating beautiful smiles. Dr. Ashkan Haeri grew up in Mission Viejo, and attended Mission Viejo High school. He received his bachelors degree from the University of California, Irvine; he then attended the distinguished Tufts Dental School in Boston where he continued his formal education in dentistry. Dr. Haeri then returned to Orange County and established his private practice in aesthetic and general dentistry. Dr. Haeri has many years of experience as well as extensive continuing education in esthetic, restorative, and implant dentistry. He has completed his advanced cosmetic training and residency at esthetic professionals as well as Placement and Restoration of Implants with Nobel Biocare and AB Dental USA implant system. Dom has been caring for patients for 10 years now. Her favorite part of being on the dental team is making sure our patients feel at home. She still recalls that the first thing he told her on her training day was to remember that our patients come first. Raquel is a Registered Dental Assistant with over 15 years experience. She has a collaborative attitude and a dedication to patient care and treating all patients like family. Becky has been with our team for almost 4 years now. She is dependable, kind, and a real team player. Over the past 4 years Becky has made so many great relationships with our patients. At our office we don't treat chart numbers. We treat friends and family members. Becky has taken the lead on becoming our office's technology master. She is an expert on ITERO 3d scanning for clear aligners. Her skills also include 3d printing of dental models and she has really helped our practice become one of the most advanced dental practices in Orange County, California. Weather it's Invisalign, Orthable, Veneers, or great customer service, Becky is there to help you.
Joel has been caring for patients for 5 years now. He feels very lucky to be a part of this awesome dental team. He's the treatment coordinator and his job is to make sure our patients understand why the treatment is needed and how to make it as affordable as possible for them. Primarily he tries to make sure our patients feel at home. We treat everyone like family here, and he can't wait to meet you. Joel started his career in dentistry with an interview with Dr. Khaef and originally started as a chairside dental assistant. He has reminded us all from the first day to remember that our patients come first. After chairside assisting, he was promoted to become treatment coordinator. Going to the dentist is normally something I'd rather skip, but Pure Cypress Dentist has always made me feel safe and at ease. I've hopped around from different dental offices but this place is my favorite, despite it being a far drive from me it's worth it. Cassie at the front desk gave me a warm welcome to ease my nervousness. Getting my x-rays done from Donavan was a breeze, and having Dr. Loftus and her assistant Jessica work on my teeth went well, and usually dread dental work. Joel the manager did well with choosing the caring staff he hired. Highly recommended this place.

I would like to thank the people at Pure Cypress Dental for being very kind and helpful through this stressful time for us. Cassie at the front desk is very kind and sincere, Donvan is incredibly helpful in making my mother's procedure smooth and seenless . Dr. Kwan, the dentist that did my mom's dental work, made it very relaxing and accommodated all my mom's needs and concerns. Becky helped assist my mom in all of her needs and comforts, and thank you Joel the Manger for working with us along making sure that there are no issues and that everything is going smoothly. We look forward coming here everytime when we need to go to the dentist.

I want to take my time out and say I really do appreciate Joel the manager. He such a great guy he had to take an extra mile to get my insurance approved. Everything went very smoothly after that. Becky wasn't here today, but she also helped Dr. Kwan to prep my crown. Everything went spectacular. I was very stunned on how the assistant were treating me. Donavan and Gabby were treating me kindly and like family. I really enjoy being here when I get work done. Donavan took my x-rays and we had a great talk. Smiles and laughs were involved. I have never been to a Dentist that really and truly cared about me. As soon I walk into the door. Every just has a big positive attitude with a large smile on there face no matter if it's a bad day or a good day. They somehow make sure everything turns out great. Thank you pure cypress team for everything I highly recommend anybody to come to come to this office. I am truly and surely they won't disappoint the patients. You can always count on them.

Nice and friendly staff! The process was very easy, from scheduling, to x-rays, and to my basic cleaning I had done. Cassie at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating when scheduling me over the phone. Donovan was very kind and made the x-ray process a breeze. Great group of people. They help me book my appointment to get started on my crown right away. Donavan is very nice and chill. He took my x-rays and put on Netflix for me to watch while I wait. I want to say thank you to pure cypress staff for giving me an opportunity to pull out my teeth. I was in pain for a few weeks and they took care of me and started the treatment right then and there. It was my first time here & my visit was fantastic! Cassie was super friendly up in the front and over the phone. Gabby was informative and gave me a clear breakdown of my treatment plan. Lastly, Dr. Kwan and Donavan were super gentle and great when it came to replacing my crown. I was in a lot of pain before and now I feel so much better after coming to Pure Dental -- definitely recommend!

It's been awhile since I got a cleaning due to the pandemic and what not but dang did these guys make the familiar experience a breeze! Cassie at the front was very welcoming and friendly. Gabby who took my X-rays made the most dreadful part ten times easier. & Dr. Loftus was a wiz a true master of her craft. Last but not least Donavan came through with a polish that made my smile brand new! I left this place feeling like a new man, thank you guys!

Cassie was really helpful at front desk. Donavon has always been helpful for procedures and x-rays and overall good custome care. Dr. Nguyen helped to perform the procedures and Becky helped to polish my teeth. Great dentist!

When I first came Cassie was super sweet and check me in. I saw dr kwan she was super sweet and made sure I had no pain so my appointment went smoothly. When I met Joel he was very cool and told me what I needed and if I was covered by my insurance he worked with me witch help a lot. Gabbie and Donavan where super sweet and super fun to talk to and also they make sure you are comfortable and put on your favorite show on Netflix witch is super cool and very entertaining all the people here where amazing and I really do recommend this place I knew I will continue coming here with my family.
