Ashley started a career in Ortho to be part of the process in changing peoples smiles and confidence! She also loves that she learns something new every day. She is a huge foodie and loves cooking new recipes! I collect Starbucks cards from all around the world. And currently has over 500 in her collection. In Ashleys spare time she enjoys reading and spending time with my husband and two girls at the ocean.
After attending WSU, Shelly and her husband worked in their own Insurance agency for over 34 years. She has been in the administration of Orthodontics for 6 years. Shelly is married, with two children and when not working enjoys golf and traveling, as well as enjoying her fur baby dogs.
Lana went to Renton Technical College for dental assisting. She has been an orthodontic assistant since 2014. She loves seeing patients walk away with a beautiful smile and added confidence. In her spare time, she likes being outdoors, traveling and spending time with her family and friends. She also loves spending time with her Pekingese Poodle named Benji.
Alisa is our treatment coordinator in our Burien and Kent locations. She started her career in orthodontics at age 17 while still in High School. Over the past 30 years she has held every position in an orthodontic practice, but enjoys treatment coordinating the most.
Kerri started her career in orthodontics in high school. She started with the office that she went to for her own braces as a child in her hometown of Port Angeles. She started in high school by going to that office after school. Kerris favorite part of orthodontics is being on the move all day and getting to know patients and new procedures. When shes not in the office, she likes learning on her dirt bike, bonfires, and an insane amount of naps.
Jessica started in the dental field in 2019 as a dental assistant but wanted something a little more outside the box. She loves to help people and also help create beautiful smiles. In her free time she likes to travel, go for runs, read and play my Nintendo switch.
Sarah is ambitious and hardworking. She has been working in the Dental industry since 2016 and enjoys seeing peoples smiles transform and the confidence they gain during and after treatment. When she is not working, she loves spending time with her friends and family. Sarah enjoys meeting new people, traveling and watching sports.
Haley has been in the dental field for 3 years. Since shes started in dentistry, she wanted to work in the orthodontic field. Haley favorite part of being an assistant is working and interacting with patients. When Im not at work I enjoy spending time with family, friends, and of course my three dogs.
Yana has been an orthodontic assistant for eleven years. Yana loves kids and being around them. She loves orthodontics because she gets to be directly involved in helping people get their smiles. Yana was born in Russia and grew up in Seattle. She loves hanging around with her family and friends and in her free time likes to travel and see new places.

Dr. Mohammad Mainayar, or as most people call him Dr. Mo, is a native of the Pacific northwest graduating high school in 2000 from Redmond High School, obtaining his BA in Near Eastern Languages and Civilizations from the University of Washington in 2004, completing Dental School at the University of Pennsylvania in 2009, receiving his General Practice Residency certificate from the Philadelphia Veterans Affair Medical Center in 2010 and attaining his specialty degree in Orthodontics from the University of Pennsylvania in 2012. Hes excited to meet, treat and be with you on your journey to the perfect smile!
Born and raised on the Eastside hes been practicing orthodontics now for almost ten years both in the Puget Sound area and recently for the past three years in New York City. He enjoys meeting new people, trying new restaurants, cooking, going to Seahawks games (hopefully Kraken games soon) and doing a wide variety of activities such as hiking, golfing, running, biking, swimming, kayaking, wakeboarding, traveling, playing and listening to music.
