Dr. Purdy grew up in southern Minnesota. He received an undergraduate degree (BS) and a graduate degree (MS) from South Dakota State University and his dental degree (DDS) from the University of Minnesota.

I have been a patient of Doctor Purdy's for many years and I have always been very impressed with his skills, the office and his staff. This Saturday I had an emergency dental situation and Doctor Purdy and his wonderful staff accommodated me and greeted me with good humor. I was terrified that he could not fix what to me seemed to be an impossible feat when in fact he created for me a beautiful new tooth and I was able to attend my event with a smile. Thank you Doctor Purdy : )
