'I met my lovely wife Cindy “Cindy Lou” on her first day at LSU Dental School. Sam and Cindy dated through dental school at LSU.' They now have three young boys, Bryce, Avery and Vaughn. Cindy and Sam evacuated New Orleans with just two nights worth of clothing on the Saturday morning before Hurricane Katrina made landfall. Cindy was 7-and-a-half months pregnant with their son Bryce at the time. Bryce was born 6 weeks after Katrina in Monroe, LA. (Cindy’s home town)
Cindys dad was an orthodontist in Monroe and was able to put them to work in his practice. Fortunately for them, his practice utilized the DAMON system and tests new DAMON system products before they are released. They learned many practice pearls there.

The BEST practice! I am a 62 year old patient and just finished up my treatment plan. I am a complicated patient w a history of prior orthodontics, orthopedic, and oral surgery. Caring, professional, prompt, reasonable, not to mention my teeth and bite are letter perfect. I can not recommend this practice highly enough.

I absolutely love Dr. Pulitzer! I saw Cindy primarily, but I saw her husband once too and he is also very kind. The orthodontic assistants and other staff are really, really nice too. I had a great experience here and my teeth look fabulous! Highly recommend!

I did not receive treatment at Pulitzer Orthodontics. However, when I came to them with a retainer issue, they took care of me and treated me like one of their own. I love my new retainer! The staff and doctors are elite at Pulitzer Orthodontics!

I had quite a few issues with my teeth before getting braces. I had to have two separate sets of braces because all my adult teeth weren't grown in yet. However, through my years with Pulitzer I didn't have a single complaint! They were so helpful and courteous! I couldn't have asked for a better orthodontist!

I absolutely love pulitzer orthodontics! Dr. Cindy is very friendly and is good at giving information about what's going to be happening every time I go in to get adjustments done! I am going to miss going every month when my braces come off!

My daughter is a patient of Dr. Cindy's. We were really impressed with the thoroughness of our consultation and advice given to us by Dr. Cindy. All of the staff are very friendly. My daughter looks forward to each visit.

This is one of the best orthodontic practices in the Tri-Cities! After having braces as a young child and needing some refinements in adulthood, I wouldn't recommended any other orthodontist! The Damon system they use is amazing! Wish they had it when I had braces years ago! The doctors and workers are outstanding and go above and beyond to meet your needs.
