Dr David Baer literally sent me home with antibiotics I am allergic to. How does that even happen? Unless you want a dentist that doesn't even read your history or allergy list I would go elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!

I had written a negative review a couple of months ago and said I would update it. Through several misfires, I ended up going through all of the steps to be fitted with a partial that went wrong in so many ways. But Pueblo Dental Surgery center turned it around with a new and professional staff and partnered with Open and Affordable Dentistry. I now have a partial that I am happy with and finally feel like they really wanted to help me get the correct one. I am only giving 4 stars because one of the staff members is apparently unhappy with me for my previous review. But thank you PDSS for making things right!

Had my upper wisdom tooth extracted yesterday with Dr. Baer. I had the best experience! It took only minutes and had very minimal pain afterwards. This is a very different experience from my previous experience with wisdoms teeth extractions, that kept me bed bound for days. I would definitely recommend. He obviously knows what he is doing and he gets it's done quick. Tracy is also great! She helped make this experience very pleasant!

Horrible!! The wait time to be seen is ridiculous what is the point of making an appointment if you still have to wait hours to be seen . I definitely would not recommend this place to anybody, I have to take my daughter somewhere else to get work done

This dentist's office was awful. I had my son scheduled for a Tuesday afternoon at 2:40. On a Saturday I get a call that they have made some time and they now wanted me to be in their office at 1:45, okay great maybe we can get this done earlier than what would have been. NOPE! We get there at 1:40 and are taken into the consultation room asked 3 questions, told my son needed his weight checked and to empty his blatter. Okay fast forward to us sitting down in the waiting area. Where my son, who did not eat since 8 o'clock the night before, and I sit to wait. An hour goes by. Haven't heard from anyone. Another 20 minutes goes by the Doctor finally comes out asks me if I know what she will be doing with his appointment for the day and proceeds to tell me the anesthesiologist will be out in just a few minutes. Another 10 minutes goes by and my son who has sat and waited so patiently this entire hour and a half looks at me doing everything he can to fight back tears, tells me he can't take it anymore. So I tell him we can leave. We go to the receptionists desk. Wait another 5 minutes for her to get off the phone. And cancel a different appointment I had for another child and let her know I am taking my son to eat and we won't be there for his appointment. She knew exactly how long it had been since he'd eaten but I reminded her anyways. 20 minutes later after we had already left at 3:45 they call to tell me they are ready to take my son back. 2 hours we would have sat there. Why change my appointment time just to have us sit there wasting time. Just because you're a doctor doesn't mean your time is more meaningful than mine. Forgot to mention they called me 3 times in a row at 7 in the morning with literally no time in between their calls. I found that very rude. I didn't get to my phone because I was in the shower.

So my son was supposed to get some caps on his teeth and where we live it would take until next year to get him in, they referred us to this place to get it done faster and of course I scheduled him in. It was a day before I(the mother)was supposed to drive two hours away to come and have him be put to sleep because he's only 3. I had trying calling this place all day to see if I can reschedule him in or maybe ask a question if whether or not it was okay to have my son come in with a slight cough. Yes we did get tested for Covid but as a mother I was concerned about the cough(with mucus from previous cold) and him being put to sleep was okay or not. No answers throughout the day, I left 2 messages on the machine. Nothing..next day (one hour before surgery) I get a call back asking if we were gonna come in. I've told them I called them multiple times before his surgery the next day and left messages for my concern and whether or not we had to reschedule. The receptionist told me they cannot make another appointment and to go elsewhere or to make the appointment back in the valley. I'm actually okay with it because I was gonna drive all the way to Pueblo to this place a day earlier and get me and my son a motel for his surgery the next day but because they did not call me back or answer my question I saved a trip not to come to this place.

All 3 of my children have had to have dental surgery this is the 1st time we came to Pueblo dental surgery center but completely wish we would have been able to have our other 2 children here best experience ever thank you so much for the great care

Awesome place friendly staff got my wisdom teeth on top taken out and they really took excellent care of me will be back to fix my tooth that broke next since they did a very excellent job removing my wisdom teeth

The anesthesiologist was about the only professional I witnessed. The 8 women at the front desk were have a gossip session so loud I couldn't hear a kid screaming loudly from the back. That makes me question their ability to hear if anyone with a real emergency was calling for help from the back. This is a workplace not an episode of the view
