Do you absolutely despise anyone in your mouth? Go see Dr. Puckett. Your Best experience is going to start with the phone call to the office. Miss Carlie is going to answer with her sweet kind voice, she will listen and advise accordingly. When you enter the office, Miss Carlie will greet you and get you started. When the door opens you are then greeted by Miss Erica, and she will ease every nerve in your body. And then enters Mr. Dr. Puckett. Wow, what a gentleman and absolute breath of fresh air. He answers all your questions and concerns and I personally never felt rushed or confused about any procedure about to happen. And that my friends is just the Pre Op visits. Post Op is finely tuned and they have it down to a science. I would pay out of pocket for his services, if I was not already blessed with Dental Care. Thank you Dr. Puckett, Carlie and Erica.

I had an amazing and comfortable time at Dr.Puckett's office. I am only 18 and this is the first appointment I've went to without a parent. Everyone was very kind and explained things well to me, as I was nervous and didn't really know what to do. The space is peaceful and Dr.Puckett himself describes what you *may* need and still allows you to choose for the comfortability of your own procedure. Loved it

Dr Puckett and his experienced staff was so great. I had to pull 2 wisdom teeth out and the process was seamless and fun to say the least. We joked the entire time but I would recommend there services. Thank you!

My first child had his wisdom teeth removed and it was a fantastic experience. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. My second child has a platelet disorder and once again the office went out of their way to help us. My child had to have platelets and then Novoseven before his tooth was removed. It was on their half day and they stayed over for his tooth removal. Dr. Puckett spoke with my son's hematologist and they were on board with everything. It was a long day but it all was good. Thank you for all your help, friendly, smiling faces and great attitudes. Y'all are the best.

Dr. Puckett is an amazing surgeon. He is very personable and detailed when it come ts his patients. My husband and son both had wisdom teeth removed for different reasons. The care taken for both by Dr. Puckett was tremendous. I saw him for teeth pain and he explained everything with ease and made it understandable. His office staff his friendly, considerate and nice. Best oral surgeon in Jacksonville. Highly recommend if any problems he is the go to.

Dr. Puckett and staff make what can be a difficult time into a pain free, stress free experience. The office is spotless with the latest technology. The warm welcome was followed up with a thorough explanation of my options. Over the years my family and I have put our trust in Dr. Puckett. We highly recommend this great team.

Dr. Todd Puckett, Erica & staff are the best of the best! Up to date with current medical knowledge & explain so you understand. Receptionist fit my Mom in who was private pay. Erica called to make sure Dr. Puckett's referral for my Mom followed through with treatment. Ladies taking meds for osteoporosis need to stop for 6-months before having teeth extracted. Pills or shots. A side effect is bone infection.

The staff is amazing, Dr. Puckett is amazing. Exceptional service from start to finish. If you are ever in need of any dental work done, they are the creme del la creme. This is my second time going, and i wouldn't have gone any where else.

Dr. Puckett has worked on myself, my daughter my father and friends. From the moment you walk in the door it's a very calm inviting atmosphere. The staff is excellent, professional and very accommodating. Dr. Puckett is very gentle and explains everything thorough . He also has the best bedside manner I've ever experienced in my life and I would recommend him to anyone. 5 stars

RUDE. I called to make an appointment after my new insurance provider wouldn't cover my old dentist. Was hung up on the first time, called back and explained my situation. The person on the phone was very short and rude with me when I was telling her about my teeth. She then said ' Have you ever even taken care of your teeth?" I COULD NOT BELIEVE A PROFESSIONAL WOULD SAY THAT! If the dentist hires people like this, what in the world would I be getting myself into? No thank you, I'll go somewhere else and be treated with some compassion and dignity!

I was referred to Dr. Puckett by my dentist for Implant consult. I was very pleased with the professionalism, attitude, and care provided by Dr. Puckett and his staff. His staff made me feel welcome as a patient and was friendly as well as professional. Dr. Puckett took the time and explained my xrays and my options in detail to ensure that I fully understood. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

EXCELLENT surgeon!!! I was so nervous to get my wisdom teeth extraction but he answered all my questions, including the questions I didn't know I had. His confidence and experience put me right at ease. The staff was absolutely wonderful too, they were patient with me and were ready to help. The wait wasn't long at all and the waiting room wasn't packed either. Office was clean and well organized. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends.
