They are awesome ! Cheryl was awesome, so friendly and the best. Dr.Todd listened to what I wanted different with my teeth from past orthodontists and he got right on it. Recommend this location

I really enjoyed my first appointment here Pt Orthodontics. Dr. Todd and Mrs. Cheryl were just awesome to meet and consult with. We had a lot of laughs and I will be returning. I really enjoyed myself great experience.

My daughter came in to see if she needed braces. We ended up getting her braces today. Their customer service is awesome. Dr. Todd is Pleasant, amazing and friendly. Ms.Charlene has great customer service.The environment is clean and comfortable.

Just wow! Don't even know where to start! The building itself is extremely nice and clean. Everyone of the staff members was extremely curtious, knowledgeable, and helpful! Within an hour I was finished with my X-rays and pictures. I was then seen by the orthodontist Dr. Whitt who was extremely kind, professional, and very informative. I was given the option of several care plans that would work for me... Even though I was told I was not a candidate per Candid. Im a grown man but about cried knowing I was in good hands. The team was upfront with cost and length of treatment. Once my care plan was selected I had a 3D impression made, yes 3D! No nasty goop trays. All in all I had a care plan in place with payment plan and was out in less than two hours. I would highly recommend PT orthodontics to anyone willing to listen. Thank you PT Orthodontics for providing me hope that I will one day have the smile I've dreamed of.

The staff and doctors are phenomenal! We really enjoy each appointment being welcomed with smiles, kept up to date and answering all our questions. PT Ortho is a great place with wonderful friendly people. They definitely make you feel like family!
