Dr. Sharma leads clinical teams at both Provident Dentistry locations. She is a highly experienced dentist who enjoys building lifelong relationships with her patients and staff. She practices all aspects of general and cosmetic dentistry, including implant restorations. During recent years, Dr. Sharma integrated sleep apnea diagnosis and treatment methods into the dental practice.
Dr. Sharma received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree (D.D.S.) from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in 2000, and her Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree (B.D.S.) from Karnataka University in India in 1994. Dr. Sharma is a member of the American Dental Association, the Michigan Dental Association, and the Oakland County Dental Society.
Dr. Sharma was born in Perth, Scotland and received her early education in England and India. She lives in the Ann Arbor area with her family. Her interests include working out, eating healthy, making jewelry, and traveling with her family.

Great staff. Super professional. They make going to the dentist tolerable. Amanda, Brooke, and Dr. SAYWA were knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything and help through the difficult moments. So glad we chose this office and team.

Dr. Hassan is the best. I don't say that to him (ha!). Excellent care, he takes time talking issues through. Best Doc I've had. Olivia did such a thorough cleaning and with no pain, especially given my previous gum surgery.

I went Into the dentist office today for a emergency visit, everyone was very prompt and cared about getting me the best treatment and as fast as possible. I have been a patient at Provident Dentistry for 31 years and they've always taken care of me with the utmost care and professionalism. My hygienist, Denise, is the ABSOLUTE BEST! They keep up on current technology and get you in and out as quick as possible. Let's face it, no one really LOVES to go to the dentist, but everyone at Provident Dentistry makes it as nice as it can be.
