Our innovativeimaging devices allow us todiagnose dental decay, jawbone recession, teeth misalignment, and other issuesin their initial stages, when they can typically be treated through minimally invasive methods.
In our Dental Laboratory, you will find a seamless blend of handcrafted artistry and innovative technology. We use CAD/CAM (computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacturing), adjustable articulators, and pantograph which enable us to achieve the highest level of comfort and function. It also allows us to create and place restorations on the same day of treatment in many cases. We integrate this cutting-edge technology with our on-staff world class ceramists, who use their artistic abilities to create realistic crowns, veneers, bridges and dentures that are truly works of art. We are one of the few practices in the area to feature an in-office dental laboratory. We offer restorations made from a range of materials, including porcelain, IPS e.max ceramic, and Prettau zirconia. Not only are these materials extremely durable, they are also incredibly lifelike.
Dr. Gregory Guichet graduated from Georgetown University School of Dentistry in Washington D.C. in 1982. He immediately entered his residency in Advanced Prosthodontics at University of Southern California School of Dentistry. He continued to teach restorative dentistry as a Clinical Instructor at USC while maintaining a private practice and developing Providence Prosthodontics Dental Group. Dr. Guichet is a member of many professional organizations including the American College of Prosthodontists, the American Prosthodontic Society, the Academy of Osseointegration, American Mensa, the American and California Dental Associations and the Orange County Dental Society. He is a Past President of the California Section of the American College of Prosthodontists. In addition to conventional restorative dental procedures, Dr. Guichets particular focus includes implant prosthodontics, TMD and Malocclusion, periodontally compromised patients, difficult denture patients and reconstructive dentistry with an emphasis on esthetics.
Dr. David Guichet is a Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics and a graduate of the Maxillofacial Prosthetics and Implant Dentistry Residency at UCLA School of Dentistry. He completed a Graduate Prosthodontics Residency at the Veterans Administration West Los Angeles and a General Practice Residency at the Veterans Administration Long Beach and received a DDS degree from UCLA School of Dentistry. He is a Fellow of the American College of Prosthodontists, a Member of the Academy of Osseointegration and a member of the Pacific Coast Society for Prosthodontists. Dr. Guichet maintains a private practice limited to prosthodontics, implant dentistry and esthetic rehabilitative dentistry in the city of Orange, California. He previously conducted research and was a faculty member in the Department of Prosthodontics at UCLA School of Dentistry. He frequently lectures on the subject of implant dentistry and esthetic rehabilitative dentistry.
Dr. Anthony Gabriel is a prosthodontist who specializes in implants, esthetics, and advanced cases that require additional attention and expertise. Dr. Gabriel grew up in Anaheim, CA, and attended UC Irvine where he completed a bachelors degree in Biological Sciences. His passion for working with his hands and aiding others led him into the field of dentistry. After attending the University of Nevada, Las Vegas School of Dental Medicine, he practiced general dentistry in the Las Vegas area. His desire to expand his knowledge base and provide the best possible care for his patients drove Dr. Gabriel to pursue additional training in the field of Prosthodontics. He earned a Prosthodontic Certificate from one of the top residencies in the nation at the University of Illinois, Chicago. Dr. Gabriel integrates a holistic approach to his care, focused on addressing all patients concerns, improving their quality of life, and amplifying their confidence. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, working on cars, cooking, and traveling.

Had problems with implant from another dentist who has since gone out of business. This dentist was excellent. Was able to repair and replace. I highly recommend for any implant problems. Thank you Providence dental and Dr Gregory Guichet

Dr. David Guichet and Dr. Gregory are awesome doctors. It's hard to put into words why this dental center is so good but the best way I can think of is I feel like they are here to heal first and get paid second. Everyone here from reception to dentist is invested in making sure you have a good time and genuinely care about the outcome of your procedure. I'd happily pay 50% more and go here then another dentist.

I am writing this review for anyone considering Dr. Guichet and his staff for TMJ issues. Don't. They've made it very clear they do not care about the well-being of their patients. The staff is either purposefully dishonest or so disorganized they come across that way. I was told contradicting practice policies that - you guessed it - contributed to me spending more money in their office. What really upsets me is that I paid for a device here for my jaw and the factory-default actually worked to provide some relief BEFORE the doctor made "adjustments" (which I was told I had no option to refuse to go through and pay for if I wanted the device). Every time Guichet adjusted the device, it worked a little bit less. In our final appointment, he shaved it down so much that it wasn't functional anymore and provided no relief. I have an open bite. Why would you shave down the portion of the device designed to support the anterior open bite?? Now I paid 3k to bite even harder on my back teeth with a device. Good job? I contacted the office that I wanted it replaced and never received a response. I had to contact my credit card company to be refunded credit. I would have rather had a device that was functional, and told them so, but the doctor decided he'd rather ignore the request than admit he had done wrong. That's right. He never even responded after he ruined the device. He was also wrong about a lot of other informational things regarding my condition. If you have ICR, I recommend doing your own research. When I questioned the doctor's information based off of information I had gotten from other patients with my condition as well as peer reviewed articles, he was patronizing and even downright rude. Which is ironic since - while I was reading meta analyses - he couldn't even be bothered to skim my chart before our appointments. Pretty disgusted with this business and this doctor. If you're reading this, good luck. I didn't even touch on how I would leave adjustments with my jaw throbbing for the entire drive back to my county.

Everyone at Providence prosthetics is very nice. Even tho I may be in pain and non-Communicative, their warmth eases me through my procedures. Linda the hygienist is especially gentle and very knowledgeable. Her ability to notice critical details has made a huge difference in my care. Her decision to take an image of one suspicious area found a severely damaged root in a critical place. In fact the entire staff, including Dr. Greg and Heather are wonderful. And thank you Brittany for keeping me on my toes about correct appointment times and days. I have a tendency to show up on the wrong day and the wrong hour.

Barb is my Dental Hygienist! My mouth (teeth) in my opinion are a pain to clean due to a chronic health condition that I have! I compared the tartar on my teeth to cement! Barb agreed :) I highly recommend Barb to everyone! She is Compassinate, Professional and Knows her Stuff!! Barb has been a Dental Hygienist for 47 years!!! You are Definitely in Great Hands with Her ~ Barb Is The Bestest!!

Exceptional in every way. Very professional and also kind and caring. All staff are genuinely devoted to the care and well-being of their patients. I came in for a dental cleaning today but just before going in, I lost a filling. They knew I was pressed for time and wouldn't be able to come back for several days and so they worked me into Dr. Greg's schedule without causing any other patients to wait. In every aspect of the office, from Dr. Greg and Dr. David to Linda, the outstanding hygienist, to the billing/insurance staff absolutely unmatched in excellence.

EXCELLENT, SUPERB, PERFECT.....IF I LIVED IN ANOTHER STATE I WOULD TAKE A PLANE HERE TO RECEIVE THE IMPECCABLE CARE FROM THE ENTIRE PROVIDENCE GROUP. MY MOUTH SHAPE, ABILITY TO FLASH A SMILE, ABILITY TO CHEW, AND EVEN ENUNCIATE CERTAIN PRONOUNS, IS A REAL MIRACLE. I HAD A VERY DIFFICULT MOUTH....ALMOST LIKE I HAD BEEN IN A SEVERE AUTOMOBILE ACCIDENT. I NOW THINK I HAVE NEVER LOOKED BETTER AND HAVE GAINED COMPLETE CONFIDENCE IN MYSELF. I LOOK GREAT! IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR THE ABSOLUTE BEST ...LOOK NO FURTHER.
