My family dentist, Dr. Latourelle referred me to Dr Kim at Providence Endodonics in Wyomissing, PA for a root canal in tooth 30, a molar tooth with a 3 crown bridge, as his X-rays showed a severe infection. My first appointment the end of March was for a consultation in which a 3D X-ray was taken showing that my infection was into my jaw bone. Dr Kim thoroughly explained what I needed to have done. She immediately ordered a steroid and an antibiotic and my severe pain, keeping me up many nights, went away in two days. Yesterday April 21, 2022, I had my root canal done. At least 3 X-rays were taken during my procedure, with a screen showing the X-rays that were right in front of my dentist chair. I was there 90 minutes and with minimal pain, the root canal was completed. I am completely satisfied and greatly impressed with the professionalism and the most advanced dentist technology I ever experienced. I'm age 70 with 3 bridges and an implant, and never experienced the hi-technology Providence Endodonics uses. Even the drilling was exceptionally quiet! Thank You Dr Kim and your support staff for excellent patient care, including follow up!! Fabulous office from first call through appointment. Dr Kim is so kind and did a wonderful job with the difficult problem I had. She and Liz explained everything thoroughly. I recommend them highly!

Went today for root canal. Elizabeth receptionist was great. Did not wait long. Dr Kim and hygienist were like a tag team. Fine oiled machine. Very good. Very nice. Beautiful people. No pain at all. I would go again.

Went to providence with a severely infected tooth that was the anchor tooth for my bridge. The staff was fantastic and very caring. I was first treated for the infection then had the root canal treated. Everyone was very professional. They treated me with the upmost care. Taking time to make sure I was in no pain during the procedure. Going back to have the medication removed and packing inserted was difficult for me as I had trouble adjusting to all the apparatus inserted in my mouth. They took their time made sure I was ok before they continued. They were very caring and patient. I would absolutely recommend them to any and all people with tooth issues.

The staff was super friendly and Dr. Kim was wonderful! I had my first root canal and didn't think it was bad at all! I highly recommend coming here! You will be well taken care of!:)

I had an apicoectomy done at this facility. I cannot say enough good things. The initial consult was very thorough. I was a patient of Dr. Kohli. She is a master of her craft. When not treating patients, I understand that she teaches other doctors how to do this procedure. After the consult, Linda helped me with the preocedure scheduling, insurance questions and some other very helpful details that had to come together for my particular situation. The procedure was perfect and painless. I actually dozed off! The recovery and follow up have been just as smooth. Go here and get well!

I have to say the staff (everyone in that office) are amazing. You're treated with a kind and caring atmosphere from the moment you walk in til the time you leave. I was nervous the 1st time i walked in and within minutes that fear was gone and i knew i was in good hands. I highly recommend this office and if i ever had to return for another procedure i would with out any hesitations. Love you guys and thanks everything.

Hands down, Berks #1 Endodontic office. After suffering a long 4 days, the office was able squeeze me and give me relief from the worst pain I have ever experienced. The doctor gave me a step by step overview and calmed my nerves with her caring voice. Highly recommend!

Dr. Kim is both so highly skilled and compassionate. She treated my teenage daughter and I felt so confident in her ability and care. Dr. Kim went above and beyond to make her comfortable. The office staff are also very caring and helpful. Overall, a first rate operation!

I've had two previous root canal's and they were awful which made me terrified for my experience however I learned that my insurance was no longer excepted at the place I used to go so my dentist referred me here. I am extremely happy with this facility! It was clean, everyone was nice and I felt completely safe and comfortable! Will definitely return if I ever need anything else!

I went to Providence Endodontics for a root canal. Needless to say I was a little anxious going in...even though it isn't my first rodeo in terms of these types of procedures, you never know what can happen. I was very impressed...Dr. Kohli explained everything she was doing, took x-rays to make sure a root canal was definitely needed, was very careful to make sure I received enough numbing prior to beginning the procedure, and checked in with me throughout the entire process (which took much less time than I expected). The office also checked in with me the day after the procedure to make sure I was doing well, and scheduled a free follow-up in a year to ensure that there won't be any problems. I honestly couldn't be happier, from the demeanor and professionalism of the Dr. Kohli and the staff to the honest to goodness feeling that they want the process to be as good as possible. If I would have known I would have had this type of experience, I wouldn't have put off the procedure for as long as I did. I will definitely come back to this office if I ever need dental work done again.

Providence Endo was amazing! Dr. Kim and team took amazing care of me. I always feared root canals and dreaded the day I would need one. Dr. Kim and her team made the entire process painless (LITERALLY!). Everyone was so incredibly patient, kind, and accommodating. They really took the time to educate me on the process and address any concerns I had about the procedure. They were even able to start my procedure the same day I was referred to them. 100% recommend going to this office if you ever need a root canal (hopefully not!)

Great place , very professional and friendly with good prices. Dr. Kohli took her time doing a wonderful job retreating a molar tooth with a second root canal that would have otherwise had to be extracted. Office was very comfortable and there was no pain throughout my procedures. Definitely recommend.
