I'm moderately anxious at the dentist. Terry and Dr. Martel really helped me feel less anxious. Both took there time explaining everything they were doing and were in constant communication throughout the procedure. The front office was very clear in communicating expectations as well. All around a positive experience.

My experience at Providence Endodontics was awesome. I had to have an emergency root canal and they were able to get me in right away. Everyone on their staff was extremely nice and made me feel comfortable and pain free throughout the whole procedure.

I've had two root canals this year. Both were done by Dr. Martel at Providence Endodontics. I highly recommend her. She explained the procedure thoroughly before beginning and also gave me updates during the process. The entire staff is also welcoming and helpful.

I have dental ptsd from an injury that occurred over thirty years ago. The staff here made me comfortable and were extremely kind. Dr. Martel took me in for an emergency root canal. Her work was impeccable! Highly recommended.

Melanie and staff..Gilbertsville.. .Over the top treatment of tooth issue ..root canal needed, professional..caring understanding.. had every answer to my questions.. Exceedingly relaxing for the procedure ..getting appointment scheduled..a little wait..but acceptable.. Future. ..would not go anywhere else...

By far the best dentist experience I've ever had!! 10/10 highly recommend!! I got a root canal done today and I didn't feel a thing the entire process! Dr. Martel was amazing and her assistant. They were so nice and gentle and I appreciate them for all their help! Thank you thank you thank you!!!

Providence Endo is extremely responsive and client-oriented. Very quick response time and quick appointment scheduling. Their office is state of the art and their doctors are professional and courteous. Two thumbs up!

This has been the best dentist I have been at in years. She is very professional, explains what needs to be done and completed a full root canal without me feeling not one thing at all. I will always return and refer her to others. Great endodontist!!

After having two prior horrific experiences with dentistry I was terrified going into this root canal. Dr. Martel and her staff were extremely caring, detail oriented, and professional. They took me in immediately were flexible with rescheduling dates and throughout the entire procedure. I am now able to drink and eat without pain in my mouth for the first time in 3 months and it is life changing.

Excellent experience! Procedure was super quick. I didn't feel a thing. Great staff and the equipments are fantastic. Best Endodontics visit ever. I totally recommend. Wish all my previous procedures were like that. The doctor was very thoughtful and explained everything really well. Super patient, professional and friendly.

Dr Martel and staff was phenomenal!!! Dr Martel is so gentle and always keeps checking on you..."Are you ok". Had toothache over the weekend called and asked if i can come in and immediately got an appointment for the 2nd day. I had 2 root canal done and she did an excellent job!!! I would recommend her to anyone!!!

From the minute i walked into the office , it was a pleasant experience. I arrived at my scheduled time and was taken back right away. The tech was so sweet and kind . Dr Martel explained everything in full detail. Dr Martel was amazing on checking in with me though out the whole procedure. It was the most pleasant experience i have ever had in all the years i have been going to dental offices. I would recommend her to everyone i know. Thank you so much !!!

Everyone was amazing! I started having tooth pain on the weekend and they got me in Monday morning and did my root canal right away. They were so kind, talked me through each step, kept asking how I was doing. Dr Martel was so gentle- gave me novacaine in a way that didn't hurt at all and only numbed that area so I wasn't numb for hours. They completed everything in an hour and even called the next day to check on me. Wonderful experience.

Had a root canal today with Dr. Martel and it was actually a pleasant experience. Did not feel a thing after the novocain and they even numbed my gums for the needles. Process took around 40 minutes. Very nice and professional.

I had a root canal today. I would like to compliment Dr. Martel for her professionalism and skill. She performed the root canal and explained everything to me as she was performing it. She has a great relaxed disposition. What really impressed me was her ability to just numb the tooth that she is working on. The novacaine did not numb the whole side of my face as usual. Her support staff is also awesome. If you unfortunately need a root canal, ask for Dr. Martel. You will not be disappointed.

I had my 2nd root canal today with Dr Martel. I can't believe how quick and painless this procedure was again for me. I've had several root canals done throughout the years but no other Dr has ever performed this procedure with such care for my comfort as she does with her patients. Dr Martel is very pleasant, warm, extremely professional yet very knowledgeable in all her work. She explains everything she's going to do beforehand and constantly asks during the procedure if I'm doing ok. I wish I would have met Dr Martel many years ago but so thrilled she's treating me now. Dr Martel is an excellent Endodontics Dr. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional Endodontic specialist in her field. She is also excellent in numbing the tooth area without numbing my whole face. Thank you Dr Martel for your excellent work as well as your hard working staff including your great receptionist and very helpful assistants for several excellent visits!

If I didn't know I was getting a root canal, I never would have known. The procedure went so smoothly, there was not an ounce of pain. Dr. Martel explained each step, this was such a great experience; she is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. I would highly recommend Dr. Martel for your extensive dental needs. Also, the staff and her assistants are pleasant, friendly, and helpful......thank you. Thank you for the pleasant experience, who knew, you could say that about a root canal.
