Everyone from the front desk , assistants and The doctor were very friendly and professional . Dr Martel made me feel very comfortable and she explained thoroughly every step to the process of my root canal .

I was given the best attention and care for a root canal. Dr Melanie is an amazing professional and her technicians are great. The staff is friendly and very approachable. The atmosphere during my procedure was calming . I would highly recommend this group in Gilbertsville to all.

No one likes to have a root canal, especially me. I am a very anxious and nervous patient, but the Gilbertsville practice is amazing! I felt at ease and everyone is fantastic! Dr. Kohli is AMAZING! if you need dental work done, go to this practice, you will not be disappointed!!

Meetu kohli DMD Explained my calcified root canal infull to me and did a amazing job / no pain during procedure !! So i could save the eye tooth !! She also answered a question i had on another molar , loose crown i had !! From her x-ray taken , she saw decay under crown !! So i can have my denist address it right away to save the tooth from extraction !! The staff is very kind and professional too !! The office is so clean and also follows strict covid protocals to provide a safe comfortable enviroment !!

I was extremely impressed with the care I received at Providence Endodontics! Everyone was kind and sensitive to my dental needs and I wouldn't hesitate returning to them should I require another root canal in the future! I was nervous and apprehensive about the procedure and the staff put my mind at ease! A few days after the root canal they called to make sure I was okay! I had no complications and would recommend this practice to anyone who needs a root canal! The staff at the Gilbertsville Office get an A++ in my book!!

A root canal is never fun; however it can be seamless, expertly executed, and relatively painless - as I discovered at Providence Endodontics. Of my three root canals, this was the most complex as the tooth had a crown; yet Dr. Kohli worked the procedure with utmost efficiency, precision, and skill. And, with minimal discomfort to me. I also appreciated her keeping me informed of next steps and what to expect, throughout. The staff at Providence Endodontics of Gilbertsville was a pleasure to deal with - caring, efficient, and with commendable followup! To anyone seeking feedback, I would say you can be fully assured of skilled and patient-centered treatment here.

Dr. Martel and the office staff were very professional, knowledgeable and personable. I had two attempts at my general dentist for a root canal to be performed and my tooth would not get numb and it was a very painful and traumatic experience. I was referred to Dr. Martel's office and she really listened to my situation and prescribed medicine for before the procedure and she completed the root canal pain free. I highly recommend Dr. Martel!

This was the first time I had a root canal and I wasn't sure what to expect. I was honestly surprised by the whole experience. I had virtually no pain or discomfort and Dr. Kim and her assistant did an excellent job both of the procedure and of explaining everything as they went. I highly recommend them.

Superb patient care. Dr Martel is so kind and caring, and the rest of the staff is fantastic as well. As much as I never love a root canal, I know I'm in good hands going to them.

Had to have a root canal done today highly highly highly highly recommended Providence, Everybody from the time you walk in the door until you leave Were so knowledgeable ,kind, caring and walked you thru every thing,each step that was done was fully explained they are very on top of you being comfortable and pain free.Dr.Martel is exceptional!!

First of all I will begin by saying, anyone who has a fear of going & getting a root canal done, if you go to Providence Endodontics all of your fears will go away! This place is absolutely the BEST!! Everyone there is so nice & kind & Dr Martel is just fabulous!! So if you are trying to decide what Endodontics practice to choose, look no further & go here. Dr. Kim and the Staff at Providence Endodontics are amazing. They are professional, courteous and very helpful. During my procedure they always making sure I was comfortable and doing ok. They check on you the following day with a phone call to make sure you are doing well after your procedure. I would recommend them to anyone. Top notch in my book.

I had a perfect experience here having a root canal done. Everyone was compassionate and professional from the moment I walked in the door which I appreciated as I was in a lot of pain. I was told what the options were and what the plan was before the procedure, they kept me informed on what was going on during the procedure, and finally they explained what to expect afterwards. I am so thankful I came here.
