My passion for dentistry has allowed me to really enjoy providing quality dental care in a personalized, caring manner. My patients well-being and comfort are of utmost importance to me. I, especially, find it gratifying to treat physically and mentally challenged patients of all ages and to be able to provide them with that winning smile to help enhance their self-esteem. At my practice, I truly take everyones smile to heart!

Web coming to Proud Smile Dentistry since I was a preteen. She is amazing and so caring. Always does what's best for you and works with you as best as possible. Highly recommend!

After another great visit and check-up yesterday afternoon, I just wanted to compliment Dr. Tracy Ngo and her staff at Proud Smile Dentistry. I couldn't be happier with the services I regularly receive. The Team is always on top of things, timely and beyond professional! Dr. Ngo Is thorough, patient, helpful and understanding. She always takes the time to explain exactly what she is doing, puts you at ease and keeps you comfortable even when under anesthesia. Yuck!!! Love that the Team truly treats you like Family. I couldn't say that about any other dentist and her staff. I always know I'm in great hands! Thank you again for a great visit! Frank B.

I have nothing but respect for Dr. Ngo and her team. They are kind, patient and caring. After having a bad experience with my previous dentist, I was anxious going in. However, before I even saw Dr. Ngo, I felt calmer by the conversation I overheard between her and a very scared and crying child patient. She was softly speaking to the child and reassuring her that she would be ok. The child calmed down and Dr. Ngo completed the procedure. In the process, Dr. Ngo also calmed my nerves. I knew then I had selected the right place. They are a great team while being professional and caring.

I have been going to Dr. Ngo for over 10 years. Over the years, I've had a few cavities filled, and I have had veneers. When it comes to numbing, she is fabulous. I never feel rushed. I've never felt like my appointment time didn't matter. Whenever I've had an emergency, they fit me in. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and Dr. Ngo is compassionate, patient and caring. She really is in this business because she cares about the health of your teeth and gums. She stays current on technology and techniques, which is a huge plus. I moved recently, and I drive about an hour to continue seeing her because I don't trust anyone else with my teeth.

The dentist here doesn't care about kids she want me to get her money and be done. Didn't even wait for the anesthesia to take effect and then blamed it on the kid

I absolutely love Dr. Ngo!!! It is a very welcoming environment and the entire staff makes you feel like family. Dr. Ngo works closely with you to ensure you are prioritizing your treatment goals. Initially, I had insurance issues that prevented me from being treated by her. After several months of dealing with insurance companies and no contact from me to the office, her staff still checked in with me to see if there was anything they could do to help me. I am very happy that I resolved that issue and can trust her with my dental work. She has been extremely amazing with appointments and attending to my major issues. Thank you, Dr. Ngo!!!! YOU ROCK!!!
