A graduate of Emory University School of Dentistry in Atlanta, Georgia, Brock Hinton is a recognized expert in the field of dentistry. With more than 30 years of experience in restorative dentistry, he not only specializes in fixed and removable prosthodontics but also maxillofacial prosthodontics. He enjoys helping cancer patients with obturators and facial prosthetics. He is an expert on occlusion and temporomandibular disorders and enjoys treating complex cases. He lectures on numerous dental topics, including implants, cosmetic dentistry, and full mouth rehabilitation. He testifies as an expert witness in personal injury and malpractice actions and performs independent medical examinations for insurance companies. He is an advisor for several dental study clubs in the greater Sacramento region.
The mission of the Pierre Fauchard academy is to recognize and develop outstanding leaders in the dental profession internationally. Their goal is to select and induct individuals of the highest ethical, moral, and professional standards. The International College of Dentists is the preeminent worldwide honorary society for outstanding dentists who have demonstrated abiding interest and concern for their communities and profession through serving others with leadership, integrity, and ethical behavior.
Dr. Hinton is an artist and world-class bird carver. He has won numerous carving competitions including those at the California Open and the World Championships. He has bronze replicas of his carvings in galleries across the country. His artistic talents have also been recognized by the dental community by being voted top cosmetic dentist and top Prosthodontist in Sacramento Magazine multiple times. Dr. Hinton volunteers his time at local dental clinics including The Bayside Serve Day clinic, The California Care Force (formally R.A.M Clinics), CDA Cares, and the Placer Dental Academy - Veterans Complimentary Dentistry.
Dr. Dominessy received her Bachelors degree in Microbiology from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville. She obtained her Doctor in Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis.
Dr. Dominessy is a proud veteran having served as a dentist in the Air Force for 8.5 years. While serving she completed two residencies: a one-year AEGD (advanced education in general dentistry) and a three-year Prosthodontics residency which she completed in 2014. She was stationed at Keesler AFB, Incirlik AFB, Lackland AFB and finished her last assignment at Travis AFB.
Dr. Anh Pham is Board Certified in Periodontology and Dental Implant Surgery by the American Board of Periodontology. This certification is the highest level of distinction awarded to private practitioners in the field of periodontics and dental implants. She specializes in the treatment of periodontal disease, dental implant surgery, periodontal plastic surgery, and regenerative periodontal therapies including soft and hard tissue augmentation procedures. She is certified in Conscious sedation as well.
Dr. Pham earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree with Honors from University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). She was awarded prestigious membership in Omicron Kappa Upsilon, a National Dental Honor Society. She obtained her Periodontal training, and Masters degree in oral and craniofacial sciences at UCSF. She also completed Post-Graduate training in Advanced Implantology at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA)
Dr. Pham was the recipient of the California Society of Periodontists Outstanding Research Award. Her research was on bone grafting for ridge preservation. During her training at UCSF, she was President of the Asian Health Caucus, a representative for Community Dental Clinics and an assistant Instructor for dental students.
Dr. Pham comes from a family of doctors and dentists that inspired her pursuit of dentistry. Besides work, she enjoys traveling with family and friends, and water sport such as scuba diving, jet skiing, swimming and fishing.
Dr. Petrovska was raised in Sacramento and earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Neurophysiology at the University of California, Davis. She then completed her Dental education at UC San Francisco and pursued a three year periodontal residency training at UCSF.
As an oral health care provider, she is committed to providing safe, predictable surgical care. She will thoroughly explain the conditions and possible treatments, building an ongoing relationship with you to achieve long-lasting results.

Do not come here! My mom and I have been coming here for years, but ever since Dr. Nordlander left this place has gone downhill. They are out of plan for me (delta dental) but I always trusted the work they did and didn't mind waiting to get reimbursed from my insurance. The last time I went in though, they charged $4,200 for three fillings! I called my insurance which states most dentists in this area charge $7-800 each. I talked to them about it and they had no explanation for these outrageous charges. Dr. Hinton also has very poor bedside manner. He never tells the patient what he's doing, even if he's sticking a needle in your guns to numb you. Very poor communication with the patient. In addition, when I went to get the final fillings put in, they told me the appt would be 30-40 minutes, and it took 2 hours. After removing the temporary fillings, they told me to wait 5 minutes. After 30 I had to go find someone to see what was taking so long. With small children, the lack of respect for my time is just an additional reason to never return.

Dr. Hinton is the most precise and gifted dental practitioner I've ever met. His staff are unfailingly cheerful and supportive. The office turn-over rate, insofar as I can tell, is very low - - - - always a good sign for any business or practice. I underwent major reconstruction by Dr. Hinton in early 2008, after having declined offers to do the work by my then general practitioner. I reasoned, "Well, you can't be good at everything, doctor," and the huge body of Dr. Hinton's work spoke volumes about his skills in reconstruction. I just saw him today to fit a permanent crown; I was in and out in 15 minutes! I urged him to open a drive-through window. He smiled. I smiled . . . as I have been doing for the last 10 years. I have had two operations attempting to save my rearmost molar. Neither was successful. I should have opted to remove the tooth originally. Doctor Cha was fantastic. She explained my options during my third surgery of the same affected area. I opted to have both molars removed and bone grafts installed. I hope to save my lower jaw. I have to get the infection cleared up to get my knee replaced. I will have individual implants after my knee is healed. I have great confidence in Doctor Cha and give her my highest recommendation. I also have great confidence in Charity who is my hygienist. This team of professionals helps me keep as many of my original teeth as is possible.

There aren't enough stars here to do a satisfactory rating of Dr Brock Hinton and his staff. They deserve ten gold stars at least. I have had a three year nightmare of trying to get teeth taken care of (I'll spare the details) and had multiple dentists who at best were lackluster and self protective. Dr Hinton has bent over backward to help me, a new patient, get the needed dental work done within a week! He is an artist as well and brings his artistic talent to his practice. He is interested in learning new techniques and is an excellent dentist! No wonder I have seen Dr Hinton rated Sacramento's number one dentist in other reviews. I would also like to rate him number one in my humble opinion. He is the very best around and I have had experience with a lot of dentists before him so I have some experience in which to base this rating. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a true professional who is gifted in his practice and interested in stretching and growing to meet the needs of the client.

Everyone at the practice is courteous and friendly, but professional. I almost feel like family when I'm there! Dr Nordlander is patient and understanding. He is also very reassuring as he explains not only what needs to be done, but he fully explains why. I recommend them without reservation.
