Dr. Rick Jude practices restorative and prosthetic dentistry in Olympia, where he earned his certificate in maxillofacial prosthetics. After earning his dental degree at the University of Louisville School of Dentistry in 1989, he completed two specialty dental residencies, where he earned his certificate in prosthodontics and maxillofacial prosthodontics: the first was in prosthetic dentistry at Louisville School of Dentistry, and the second was in maxillofacial prosthetics at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center. Dr. Jude has lectured all over the U.S. as a full-time faculty member, teaching aspiring dentists about dental prosthetics at three different universities, including the University of Washington.
Outside of the office, Dr. Jude takes care of his Chocolate Lab, Piper, and his Golden Retriever, Moose. His hobbies include reading and drinking coffee. He constantly strives to make the perfect cup and is an avid collector of antique espresso machines. Originally from Eastern Kentucky, Dr. Jude has found his home in the cool and lush Pacific Northwest. Autumn is his favorite season, and you will never hear him complain about the rain!
DeAnnas primary responsibility in the practice is managing the business so Dr. Jude and the other team members can remain focused on providing the highest level of care to our patients. Her experience spans two decades, ranging from dental assisting to management. DeAnna is responsible for accounting, human resources, marking, and patient advocacy.
Tina works as a patient advocate, so if it has to do with paper or patients, it is part of her job! She has worked with Dr. Jude and his team since 2017, but she has been in the dental field since 1982. She is a registered dental assistant. Tina genuinely enjoys every part of her job and the people she gets to work with, especially our patients! She just loves working everything else is gravy.
Speaking of gravy, ask Tina about cooking! She loves to share recipes and cooking ideas. She also loves to share pictures of her grandbabies, but her biggest passion is genealogy lets dig up some roots!

Our entire family had teeth cleanings Friday The new part-time hygienist was very friendly and cleaned our teeth thoroughly and the process was painless. As usual the office staff were cheerful and pleasant. We enjoy having Dr. Jude as our dentist.

I am not saying I enjoy going to the dentist for an 2.5 hour long procedure. .A sensitive, gentle artist who makes my front teeth beautiful , even with the temporary caps. Dr. Jude communicated with me throughout the procedure.

Doctor Jude spent a lot of time getting into details. Going over specifics to help with my overall wellness. No nonsense, if you don't want to take care of yourself, there is no need to be there. Teeth can be insanely expensive to fix, a little time and effort everyday will ensure your teeth and gums stay healthy for a long long time
