Prosper Trail Orthodontics, formerly Bodine Orthodontics is pleased to welcome the newest member of the Prosper Trail Ortho family. The orthodontist who will assume the role of orthodontist/chief hi-five giver is Dr. Kimberly McNeal.
Dr. McNeal brings us 30 years of experience in early childhood treatment, growth management, and craniofacial abnormalities. She has had an impressive orthodontic career which will surely benefit our team, but most importantly our patients. We hope you will welcome Dr. McNeal in her new role and trust Prosper Trail Orthodontics, formerly Bodine Orthodontics, and its amazing team to continue to provide the amazing patient experience it was built upon.
For years, Dr. McNeal commuted between her two practices in Georgia and Texas. Having sold both her practices, she is thrilled to finally call Prosper Trail home! We are honored to have her join us in providing the best orthodontic care to the Prosper community! We are sure our patients will love Dr. McNeal who exudes a warm, welcoming Texas spirit!
Having already earned a degree in infectious disease and microbiology, she graduated at the top of her dental school class from the University of Kentucky with the most academic and clinical awards in 1987. She completed her orthodontic residency in 1989 at Emory University in Atlanta, GA where she was a member of the cleft palate team.
When she is not creating beautiful healthy smiles, she and her husband spend much of their time volunteering at the Animal Refuge Foundation. She is a passionate dog lover who has rescued several dogs of her own.

Our digital impression system replaces the uncomfortable, unpleasant-tasting, messy and sometimes inaccurate traditional putty impressions. No bulky trays or sticky putty needed!
Using a digital scanner, we will take three-dimensional (3-D) digital images, or impressions, of your teeth and bite. These impressions will help us formulate a personalized treatment plan that meets your specific orthodontic needs and desires. We can also use them to visually show you your treatment options and help us keep you up-to-date on your treatment progress.
After your specific treatment plan has been chosen, the digital impressions allow us to create customized bracket trays that we use to place your brackets onto your teeth, all at one time, with increased efficiency and overall effectiveness.
