Christon is the best hygienist I've ever had. She explains what she is doing the entire time your in her chair and is very gentle. This girl knows what she's doing!

Very professional office. Everyone was very nice and informative. Christon cleaned my teeth painlessly and did a great job. She made going to the dentist office not that bad!

Being new to TX choosing Prosper Dental Health was one of the worst decisions we have made. Beware, they will tell you you need services that you don't need. Upon saying we needed a specific service, we requested them call our insurance to see what the amount would be after insurance paid their part. Unfortunately, that never took place and we ended up with over an $880 bill for "deep" teeth cleaning that took place on two separate occasions. They would do nothing to take any responsibility of adjusting the bill for rendering services that were not necessary and not covered by our insurance. We are now looking for a new, trustworthy provider. The services took place in 12/2021 and we received an $880 bill on 9/26/2022.

After many years at a great dentist I was concerned when I relocated to McKinney I would have difficulty finding the right match for me. I just got back from my first office visit with Dr. Gerlach at Prosper Dental Health and felt welcomed and in very competent hands. I look forward to many years of excellent care.

I live in Las Colinas but I kept my dentist from the time I lived in Prosper, that's how much I love Prosper Dental :-)

I was referred to Dr. Trautmann from another dental professional office, for the issues I have with a crown. I came in to see if I need to make an appointment, and was fortunate that Dr. Trautmann was at the front desk area at the time, and she listened to me and worked me in while I was there to check things out. Same as everyone posting here, I'm extremely happy how welcoming and friendly everyone here is, and extremely grateful for the help and time Dr. Trautmann provided, on a moment's notice. Thank you so much!

My wife and I drove down from Lake Texoma, Oklahoma side, for a broken front tooth. We have known Dr Trautman for a number of years and have always trusted her. She is one of the best if not the best at what she does. Everyone in the office was extremely friendly and helpful and we felt very welcome. I recommend Dr Trautman 5 stars.

I had a broken tooth and called my regular dentist. They were not concerned and could not fit me in to their schedule that day. I had not been happy with my dentist and had been wanting to go to Prosper Dental Health; but I kept putting it off. Dr. Trautmann fit me in and took care of my problem. Everyone on the staff was warm and welcoming. I have a new dentist, and I am so grateful!

I can't have enough good words to describe Dr. Trautmann, but to make it short I will say that she is an honest, personable an excellent dentist. She fixed my teenage daughter's lateral teeth that were very small compared to the front ones. Dr. Trautmann was able to fix them and match the color so great and her teeth look beautiful. I HIGHLY recommend her!!!

This dentist practice is probably the best I have ever experienced. The staff is amazing, understanding and caring to those that do not like going to the dentist, gentle and thorough. Also, the best thing is I do not feel like I get nickeled and dimed every time I go, they are fair and affordable!

I don't like Dentists, even a little bit. BUT.......the entire staff at Prosper Dental Health is amazing. I had a very difficult dental situation, and while most dentists were not current on the treatment options or needs, Dr Trautmann was able to address my treatment needs quickly, painlessly and providing me with peace of mind for the longer term. I really appreciate her and the staff, and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a dentist. Everyone that I encountered was kind, helpful and seemed happy to be at work. Much appreciated!!!!
