What a terrible customer service! Whoever answered the phone was rude and condescending! I asked for the pricing for an implant and the response was:" This is not a price list, you have to make an appointment..."followed by a condescending laugh. Do not even go there! The receptionist gives the "tone" to the whole office. This woman needs customer service skills training, or she shouldn't do this kind of a job. You've lost a possible new patient.

Dr. Ryan, Nancy, and Monica are great. I've had a few visits now and everyone is always friendly and attentive, Dr. Ryan is very knowledgable. You won't be disappointed.

I was referred to Dr. Ryan by my orthodontist and had every intention of setting up an appointment to see him, but the Office Manager, or whoever manages the phones, was brash and unnecessarily sassy. As any medical professional should know, insurance and finances play a large role in seeing a doctor and as a patient I wanted to have a clear understanding of what my insurance covered and the out of pocket costs. She raised her voice with me when I asked followup questions and the response time for requesting an appointment was already too long to begin with. I'd requested an appointment via their website and called on more than one occasion before finally getting in contact with someone. Dr. Ryan may be a skilled periodontist, but his gatekeeper was such a deterrent that I will never see for myself.

Everyone is very friendly specially Monica she's the best! And so is doctor Ryan !! their nice and clean place i highly recommended they will help you on and work something out.

I had a front tooth implant and I couldn't possibly be happier with the results. To me, the tooth and gumline are perfect matches. No way can anyone tell its not my original tooth! Thanks Dr. Ryan. You are an artist!

I consider myself very lucky to be in periodontal care of Dr. Ryan and his staff for the last few years. I had a surgery and an implant done by Dr. Ryan, and I must say he has exceeded my expectations. Dr. Ryan is very meticulous and there is never too big of a challenge for him. He has warm personality and will make you will feel relaxed and at home every time you see him. Dr. Ryan has truly saved my smile.
