I have a #5 tooth extracted by Dr. Cathy Hung; two months ago, I found Dr. Cathy Hung to be an excellent oral surgeon. I did not feel pain at all during the entire process. Dr. Cathy Hung is a kind heart & patient person. She took the time to explant to me every step she would take, which released my nervousness. And I follow her instructions, so recovery is very quick & complete. Christian & Karin are well-trained nurses, and both of them are very help full to me. I am very grateful to all of them.

Cracked my front tooth, was recommended to Prospect by my Dentist. The doctor pulled the tooth removing part of my gums. Did another procedure that cost $1800 to harden the bone out of pocket. I was told it would take 5 to 6 months to heal to be ready for implant. Had 2 appointments to get ready for implant, both times i was told Dr was not available due to family emergency. Finally i was offered another Dr. to do the implant. Being shocked, i asked to speak to the doctor, but she was not available. So i went to the office to find out what was going on. Again the Dr was not available that, she would call me. Clearly i could see the Dr. in the back. I called the next day, they were very rude and mean. I was told i was being released as a patient because of my conduct. All i did was ask to speak to the Dr. This brings tears to my eyes, i was really looking forward to having my mouth repaired. Im in a relationship and i run a business, i really need my front tooth repaired.

I had an impacted wisdom tooth taken out by Dr. Hung. She was very nice and patient with me, explained to me about the difference between general anesthesia and twilight sleep. She told me I might have some pain and swelling for about a week. My jaw was a bit sore afterwards, but I was fine with Ibuprofen. Stitches fell out by themselves as she told me they would. I was even taken downstairs in wheelchair after anesthesia because they wanted to make sure I wasn't light-headed. Her front desk and assistants were very nice too. I expected to have some pain because it was a mouth surgery and I was glad that I went to her because she made me feel comfortable and you could tell she really cares. I am supposed to go back again for another procedure and I will go back to her again because it's a good office.

I was referred to this office and I am so glad I went. Everything was explained very clear so there were no surprises. The staff worked with me and my schedule so I could get in during my travels. Thank you so much for the amazing service you provide.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SURGEON! SERIOUSLY! I got my wisdom teeth removed almost 2 weeks ago. still experiencing tons of pain and discomfort. i 100% do not recommend going to this surgeon. please save yourselves. and make an appointment elsewhere. this is ridiculous. her numbing technique was horrific and a complete lie. stated their would be anesthesia, yet was never approached or met an anesthesiologist. staff is also very poor. i was feeling pain DURING the surgery and then she proceeded to put needles in my mouth for numbing, that didnt even help! the pain is non stop. i havent been able to eat or sleep. please do not go to this surgeon stay very far away.

just recently got my wisdom teeth out, she did not give enough anesthesia and towards the last tooth i felt full on pain, its day 3 and my face is still swollen and i have a great deal of pain. i highly do not recommend her.

I usually don't write reviews like this, but I was so dissatisfied and in so much pain from this. I went in for wisdom teeth removal and I've never been in so much pain. To remove the wisdom tooth, their numbing technique was very ineffective and did not work( they did not specify what exactly what it was). They broke the wisdom tooth and removed it piece by piece instead of removing as a whole, which caused a lot more pain. And this morning I woke up with a completely swollen face. Also, they were very unprofessional and had a attitude when communicating. I highly do not recommend this place and find somewhere better.

Had an awesome experience with Dr. Hung. She took my appointment quickly and was able to extract my wisdom teeth without any issues. I had barely any pain post op, and the recovery was a breeze. If I have any issues in the future I would 100% go back to her.

From the beginning, Dr. Hung and her staff gave me an appointment for my initial diagnostic almost immediately. Upon arrival her staff took extra safe precautions regarding COVID compliance. I was placed in a separate sitting area where they checked my temperature (traditional mouth thermometer which is more accurate) and gave me a questionnaire. Once I "passed" they took me into the office immediately and gave me an x ray on their state of the art painless machine (I didn't have to situate a piece of plastic uncomfortably between my teeth). Dr. hung sat with me and took her time as she informed me of my situation: I had three wisdom teeth that needed to be removed and two of them were impacted. She walked me through the surgery, the anesthetic that would be used, the recovery, the possible adverse effects of the surgery and the likelihood of complications (which I appreciated as a healthcare provider). Her staff scheduled me for surgery for three-four days later and told me exactly how I needed to prep. The surgery went very well, I slept through it and experience only slight discomfort without any pain post-operatively. I did not need the pain management medications she prescribed. Her bedside manner was truly great. She explained to me how I needed to relax and take it easy. She insured that I had a ride and had her very courteous staff roll me our of the office on a wheel chair. I recommend Dr. Hung to anyone who needs any type of oral surgery. Her and her staff were truly instrumental in insuring I had the best possible care.

Dr. Hung was not in rush and explained thoroughly everything about my situation and what treatment is needed in details. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The clinic is comfortable, organized, and clean. In general it was one of my best dental experiences; I highly recommend Prospect Oral Surgery Center.

Consistently the best I've been to. This will be my fourth event with Dr. Hung. Im not the slightest bit nervous and really enjoy dealing with the office.

I met Dr. Hung today for the first time and I would tell anyone and everyone that she is outstanding in her field! I am beyond fearful of the dentist and Dr. Hung as well as Kristin were truly amazing! She is kind and extremely compassionate! She does not rush and she listens to everything you say. You will not regret going to this office for one second! I truly cannot say enough. Kristin is a sweetie pie. Thank you Dr. Hung for your honesty!

Amazing dentist and oral surgeon. I had been here to get my wisdom teeth removed during COVID times and they took extremely good care of me. Dr. Cathy is a very skilled doctor who is very good at her job. I was sedated (not completely unconscious) during the whole procedure and didn't feel any discomfort. Even the recovery was very smooth without any pain or swelling. They give sufficient medication to make sure you don't have any pain or auxillary infections from the procedure. Overall amazing experience. I still need to get 2 more removed for which I will mostly visit this place again. Definitely recommend this.

Absolutely an amazing place to go for you dental needs. I am not a fan of the dentist but required extractions and they made the process as easy as possible. The oral surgeon was amazing and answered all questions which ease my anxiety about the procedure. And the take all CDC recommended COVID precautions to ensure the patients and staff safety. 100% recommend and would come back if needed.

Dr. Cathy Hung is definitely the best in the oral surgery game! Front end staff members are super friendly and truly look like they enjoy working there. The office is squeaky clean and equipped with up to date dental tools/tech. Dr. Hung is kind and knowledgeable in her field of work (see wall of all degrees/accomplishments). I greatly appreciate her patience as she takes the time to thoroughly explain the procedure and break it down to simplest of terms. During my wisdom extraction I was surprised not to have any pre-dental anxiety as I knew that I was in great care. My procedure went amazing and pain level post extraction was literally a 1/10 (no Advil needed). I followed all helpful tips both pre/post extraction and no longer feel uncomfortable. This was honestly the best dental experience I had and would recommend her to all my loved ones!

Dr. Hung is excellent! She pulled out a root canal stub and I did not have pain or any discomfort at all! I highly recommend her.
