I have been to many dentists since childhood but no dentist comes even close to Dr. Khang in terms of clinical skills, honesty, and genuine empathy to patients. Dr. Khang has such delicate hands that it's just an amazing experience to be his patient. He is simply the best dentist in Cambridge! I recommended him to all of my family, relatives and friends!

Avoid this place. I read the other reviews about the bad receptionists and decided to give them a try anyway. In my first visit, the hygienist was alternating between spraying water everywhere and choking me with the suction tool. Additionally, the dentist tried to convince me to get a silver crown and when I said I would rather explore other options as I wasn't comfortable with having a silver tooth, she proceeded to gaslight me, saying no one would see it. I was meant to come back today for a filling and received a call this morning that they canceled my appointment because I did not contact them to confirm. This is not a standard practice by any service provider I've encountered and they did not express that they had this policy before canceling my appointment. Believe the reviews on this one and choose another provider in the area.

I called to cancelled my appointment because I have pneumonia. The management is horrible, the front desk lady hang up on me several times and had an attitude, I really don't recommend this dental clinic.

Wow. Extremely rude receptionist. Do not go unless you want to be overcharged and get hung up on with "I don't know" as an answer.

If you need a new dentist or in an emergency, come here. They fit me in on a SATURDAY, at last minute, even when they were busy as hell. They really do care about your health. I had to get a root canal and it was completely painless, done well and efficiently. I'm beyond satisfied, they saved me from so much pain and stress. Dr. Khang is the guy you wanna get in touch with, he's certainly one of the best dentists I've ever met.

Doctors are nice but the front desk lady is very rude. The other comments mentioning they overcharge you is completely true. Won't be going back.

I moved to MA 5 years ago from philly and I found it really difficult to find a dentist that I felt comfortable going to. I met Dr.Piya and she was considerate of my timing and my tight schedule. She even worked with me the past year through my Invisalign and my teeth look better than ever. The Invisalign was affordable and I am really happy with my outcome. Initially I had a few bumps with reception but when I communicated that to Dr. Piya I never had that issue again. I also initially felt like my dental assistant wasn't the best at communicating the impression process but then when I came in for my last impressions she did such a great job walking me through the process and helping me understand what she needed from me. I'm really proud of how far this office has come and I am disappointed that I will be leaving them to find a new dentist down in NC. I highly recommend Dr Piya to anyone looking for a new dentist in MA.

Wouldn't recommend. I had some tooth pain from a root canal I had gotten a few years back at another place, went in expecting to talk about my options either to redo it or pull the tooth. The the doctor didn't say anything other than he wanted to pull it. Didn't explain anything he was doing.A few minutes after I got my tooth pulled I was asked to sign a paper saying He had explained the repercussions of having a tooth pulled (which he hadn't ). I have a lot of regret and wish I had gone somewhere else. Everyone seemed to be in a rush

I love Dr. Kang, but today, the receptionist was so rude. I had a call confirming my appointment on April 1st for April 8th, and change my appointment from 1 to 11, which was better for me. The minute I walked in, the receptionist asked if I had an appointment, I said yes at 11 am, she she said she didn't have anything for me and it had been rescheduled. I told her they confirmed it a week ago. She then said...people don't understand what they are telling them...I told her, I understood perfectly well. What am I stupid? I felt insulted by her demeanor, who the hell talks to someone that way. I will be sure to tell Dr. Khang. I am very upset will her attitude after driving all the way there and not even being told that they rescheduled my appointment.

Wow. Walked in for my appointment and took a mask since mine had fallen on the subway floor. The masks were on the public side of the partition. The Asian receptionist looks at me and said "you should have asked". There was no sign saying please ask. And no cheerful greeting. I left.

Stay away from the admin team! I was visiting this clinic for a year. While Dr. Piya is extremely nice and friendly to work with, but the reception/admin team is at their worst. They always quote me wrong prices and I had to be very vigilant to avoid being overcharged. Recently they told me to pay some ~ $150 extra due to their short staffing and wrong calculations. I checked with my insurance company and they said there is no such record on my dental policy and asked me to avoid paying this forceful fee! So be very careful when you visit this place, especially with the payment.

My hygienist did a thorough cleaning and my dentist Jesbina Piya had to replace my crown that broke and she did an awesome job. I removed a star because when we were finished they said they were not in my insurance network but they said they were when I made appointment. MAKE SURE THEY ACCEPT YOUR INSURANCE CO. I ENDED UP PAYING CASH!!!

Had a deep cavity between 2 molars developing for months. I have no insurance but they gave me free x-ray. Dr. Jesbina Piya worked fast and precise, in 30 minutes they fixed my issues for a few hundred dollars. Everyone was kind including reception girls and assistant. 5/5 They don't force you into unnecessary procedures, and work clean with good Covid-19 protocols and work ethic. Will definitely visit again, for routine check. :)

Dr Khang is a literal miracle worker!! Just had two wisdom teeth pulled and was so nervous coming in given horror stories I've been told by other people about their own procedure. But he literally took 15 min, gave me some numbing shots, and pulled them out efficiently and expertly.
