General dentists and specialists at Prospect Dental have been taking care of Chicagos Northwest suburb patients since 1998. The experience we have gained throughout these years allows us to tackle the most challenging dental cases and to fulfill patients' most demanding wishes. The newest digital diagnostic technology and operating equipment allows us to match the top U.S. general and cosmetic dentists in quality of care and variety of services. Moreover, we pride ourselves in providing more general and specialist dental care services under one roof than majority of dental offices. This allows our patients to save time and money. With services such as treatment of Sleep Apnea and TMJ and Facial Pain, we go beyond the average dental office, while never sacrificing the quality of general dental care.
We regularly get compliments and positive reviews because of our welcoming office atmosphere. Many people seeing dentists feel apprehensive and uneasy. This is not only due to perceived ensuing physical pain, but also due to costs of procedures. We at Prospect Dental make you feel more at ease, starting with pleasant front desk experience, detailed and upfront cost structure, no hidden fees or gimmicks, and nearly painless procedures. Our friendly atmosphere, soothing background music, and understanding and friendly dental providers will make your visit a pleasant experience. We will explain all necessary procedures, we will never propose unnecessary services, we will follow-up with you after specialist visits and answer all necessary questions.
All medical and dental practices strive to keep the best providers and staff - but it is often hard due to high turn-over, low work morale, and poor compensation. We understand that for the office to be successful, the staff has to be successful as well. This is why we continually educate our support staff on newest procedures and services; we make them feel good about working at our office and working with patients through various events and bonus structures. Our doctors are the most dedicated and hard working in the industry. Through continuing education requirements we have the most highly knowledgeable dentists and specialists. All our specialists are board certified in their corresponding field and all of our general dentists continually earn new certifications in newest dental procedures and techniques.
We understand that dental care can be expensive and sometimes financially challenging. We also understand that it is important to use the best dental materials and care for long lasting effect. These issues are sometimes at odds with one another as top dental equipment, doctor education, dental materials and top-quality staff are very costly. But these high office costs do not have to make dental care unaffordable. We utilize near-site dental lab to lower costs; we buy materials in bulk to get the best prices; we have long-term agreements with suppliers to keep it affordable; we offer payment plans and 0% financing options; we have low turn-over and very efficient staff to run operations smoothly and efficiently; finally, we do not overcharge for dental procedures and try to utilize your insurance to cover costs of care. Keeping costs down allows us to pass on the savings to our patients.
