For instance, our dental office is in-network with most major dental insurance providers, and we even offer an in-house membership plan for patients and families who dont currently have insurance so that they can save money as well.
Since before she can remember, dentistry has been a significant part of Dr. Lankupallis life. She is actually a second-generation dentist her father and role model is a highly successful dentist in his own right, as well as a respectful man with strong ethics. Throughout her childhood in India, she regularly saw how the community respected and honored him for his work, and the passion he exhibited is what made her want to consider becoming a dentist as well.
In 2004, Dr. Lankupalli graduated with her first dental degree from a college in India. She practiced in the country for several years before moving to the United States. She started attending the highly acclaimed New York University College of Dentistry in 2007 and completed her DDS in 2010.
Beyond her education, Dr. Lankupalli has a strong passion for continuing education and has completed advanced courses in a wide variety of different subjects, including endodontic care (root canals), the restoration of dental implants, and Invisalign. She completed the famous orthodontics curriculum at Gerety Orthodontic Seminars in 2016. Today, she is a proud member of the following organizations:
When she isnt helping patients at Prosmiles Dental & Orthodontics of White Settlement, Dr. Lankupalli spends plenty of quality time with her devoted parents, her wonderful husband, and her amazing son. She really enjoys cooking for the people she loves and entertaining in her home as well. Shes also a passionate traveler, having taken trips around the world where she learned lots about different cultures and foods. She places a high priority on health and fitness, regularly exercising and participating in challenges like Tough Mudder.

My son has been seen here for years! He required a service for a filling. This appointment was rescheduled the first time bc he had breakfast 3 hours before his appointment. Months later rescheduled and canceled bc the 1 doctor that can see him had something come up! Reached again months later and made to sit in the waiting room for hours bc there is apparently only one doctor that can see him. Witness said doctor speak to two different parents who indicated their children have had breakfast. The original reason we were rescheduled! We will be finding a different provider bc this one doesn't seem to want to provide!

I just went yesterday for originally 2 bottom canines to be pulled, but after persuasion from my husband I decided to get 7 of my top jaw removed. And boy am i glad i did it. I suffer from dental decay horribly at 22 years old, and Dr Chen did WONDERFULLY when removing these teeth. It was my first time getting teeth pulled, and with every time i felt discomfort Dr Chen would reapply lidocaine and actually listened to my concerns of swelling after the procedure was done. I gotta say, Im feeling no pain 24hrs later. That could be because all the teeth pulled were problem teeth, or maybe the pain im experiencing isnt like my normal day-to-day excruciating pain. I feel happier, even with the bleeding gums and only having soft foods be my diet for next few months. Thank you, Pro Smiles staff. Especially Dr Chen! You made my first pulling experience less scary because you were so kind and gentle with the procedure!

If your looking to spend allot and I mean allot for Trash dentures by all means make a appt my dentures never fit well and after 3k for upper dentures and bottom parchel my upper denture broke went in with a crack and Dr G says it would not break now mind you I was still under warranty 2 weeks later denture broke and they say out of warranty will not even fix without charging me again. 3 k later I have to find another dentist and start all over trash office my Dentures were supposed to last 5 years at least not even one year and both are broken they use a lab in Florida and they do the worst work and then dentist complains if you keep going in because they never fit right save your money cause they will take it from you

I came here wanting and expecting the perfect smile, I was wrong I had a lot of work done and spent a lot of money only to have my temps keep popping 3xs (and I was charged for it(out my mouth, mouth extremely sensitive now and I never had that problem before and my permanent crown came out and broke 1 month after placement. I REFUSE to come back and get charged again for something that wasn't done properly the 4th time. Needless to say I DON'T have that perfect smile only disappointment. Staff was amazing kind and friendly I think that's the only reason I kept going back to give them another try...EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN PROSMILES

Dr. Chen and his assistant Megan were absolutely wonderful and so professional! I felt safe and secure while they were taking care of my dental cares. All of the staff always have a smile on their face and are so very friendly! I really love this place and everyone here!

Happy mom here! I was able to bring my son in with a broken front tooth within an hour of speaking to the very kind receptionist on the phone. They got him fixed up and was able to fit in a cleaning and sealants as well. We'll be back for more routine services in the future!

I really needed to figure out what was going on with my teeth. I had a baby in December and my teeth have been going crazy! I do not have dental insurance, but they worked with me. Every person I came in contact with here are amazing! The receptionist helped me, Destiny (the X-ray tech) was amazing, the dentist assistant (I don't remember her name) was great. Dr. Singh was very informative, professional and answered all of my questions. I definitely recommend. I am a boarder line germaphobe, and I must say this place is nice. I watched them wipe everything down after a patient before me, and I was impressed.
