Best dentist ever!!! For the first time in my 55 years I have found a dentist who is HONEST, doesn't cause pain, and treats patients with kindness, respect, and understanding. I'm going back in November for additional work and finally will have my teeth all fixed! If you're as terrified as I've been, give this dentist a try, you'll be glad you did!

Cleaning was done and cavity filled. I will be getting caping done. My experience with this office is ok. They always looking to do more. Fee for service make people to do more.

I moved to the area recently and needed a new dentist and am extremely happy I chose Promont Dental with Dr. Kim. I've had standard cleanings and two fillings replaced. Everything was up front and transparent what would be happening and how much it would cost. Overall a great experience so far.

Tried to schedule an appointment on the phone, but they told me I had to email them my insurance first. Which is the first time I have heard of that. Up to this day I have only emailed with them and still have not heard back on a date for an appointment. I just emailed them to just cancel the "process" of scheduling my appointment.

Great staff and very through Doctor. The whole Experience was very smooth . The doctor Did not push us to get the treatment just for the billing. Would recommend this place to anyone who considers visiting a dentists as a nightmare .

Definitely would recommend this practice. Everyone was very considerate in answering all my questions, explaining what's going on with all the procedures, and what to expect. Easily a lot more painless visit than i had expected. thank you!!

Came is with some pain between there 13 & 14 where I had an old filling done at a different office. Dr.Kim did a great job replacing my old filling with a new one. No more pain and I can finally eat on that side. Huge thanks to Dr.Kim and his staff.

I will highly recommend Dr Shaun Kim. Dr Kim performed an oral surgery for extraction and I felt no pain. He is an excellent dentist and I will highly recommend him to all my friends and family He explains all the options really well I am going to use his services for all my future dental needs

I have been here for cleanings and for a night guard. The first night guard was not a good fit, and the team here was more than happy to have a few appointments to try and fix it, when we saw it wasn't going to change they went ahead and got a new guard for me ordered which worked great! This place uses the best technologies and tools for their work and I am super happy with their services. They are also very flexible with payments and scheduling which is super appreciated.

Dr. Kim and his staff are very kind and they were able to squeeze me in before the end of the year! Dr. Kim educated me on everything- showed me the X-rays/pictures and explained what everything is before and after the work. He said I would have some sensitivity for a little after and then showed me which tool he was using that would cause that and why. I'm always a little nervous of going to the dentist, but I felt very comfortable here!

The staff is always so kind and accommodating. I hate going to the dentist, but Dr. Kim does a great job of checking in to make sure you're okay and he is very efficient. Would highly recommend

So grateful to have discovered Dr. Sung "Shaun" Kim. He is a truly terrific and compassionate dentist. My sister, nephew and I share a genetic condition where Lidocaine and other sodium channel blocking analgesia do not work. My sister had refused to return to her old dentist due to the pain she suffered. Dr. Kim used Articaine on me and my sister (a dental amide-type local anesthetic used more in Europe). Therefore, our dental procedures were nearly 100% pain-free. Thank you, Dr. Kim! That is coming from a cranky old nurse who never writes public reviews (RN, MSN). :-D

Extremely friendly. Make you feel comfortable and they take the time to explain everything being done to you. Truly appreciate that. Found our new family dentist right around the corner of my house. Love it. Thank you.

I had 2 appointments with Dr Kim so far. On both cases - my experience had been very good. On my first appointment- X-ray and dental imaging was taken with very advanced equipments. I was suggested to come back in 2 weeks for a deep cleaning. Dr Kim was very patient during deep cleaning and I didn't feel any pain. I was hesitant for deep cleaning- as I didn't have a good experience 3yrs back at another dental office. Since I had deep cleaning- I didn't feel any sensitive tooth or rough areas and didn't have problem with normal activities after couple of hours. The whole experience with scheduling , modern office setup and helpful & knowledgeable dental assistants has been excellent. I would go back.

I have horrendous dental anxiety, so much so that I've avoided going to the dentist for over a decade. I finally decided to go back and have had a few appointments now with this place and I have to say that Dr. Kim is, in my opinion, provides the best dental work I know of. As long as he's there, I'll keep going back!

My son wisdom teeth extraction is done in Promont dental. Doctor Kim is having very good experience and will explain problems clearly. I really appreciate staff Sandra as she is more friendly and polite.

When my former dentist retired, I went to see Dr. Kim based on the great reviews he has gotten, and he certainly lives up to them. As it turned out I needed to have a lot of crowns done which was for sure in large part due to my own poor hygiene, but it was also in part due to my former dentists lack of action. Dr. Kim and his staff were so kind and supportive in helping me figure out my options. They are very modern, and have a high tech and efficient set up that enables them to get you in and out with very little wait time. Dr. Kim is very knowledgeable and compassionate. I literally can't think of anything else I could ask for with regards to dental care. I will definitely continue to see him for my dental needs, and would recommend him and Promont thoroughly to anyone who is looking for a better dental healthcare experience!
