Great office space but their scheduling is a major area of opportunity. Had an appointment for six months and they called me a week before it to reschedule for two months later because their hygienist went on vacation. Then they had to cancel the later appointment indefinitely because the ONLY person qualified there to clean teeth quit. Still haven't heard anything back so I'm going elsewhere.

I was a patient of Promise Dental for five years. During that time, they applied two crowns to my teeth. Four years after application, one of the crowns crumbled to pieces. I was by then living in a different state and my new dentist informed me that Promise Dental had used outdated materials to create my crowns and that was why they didn't hold up. When I contacted Promise Dental to ask about this, they said there was nothing they could do. I would advise you to beware of having any dental work done here beyond a cleaning because they do not stand behind their work.

I booked a new patient exam for today. I get a call from the office today and as I answer I hear the administrative assistant say, "I don't think she's going to show up, Doctor." I said, "hello?" First off, I've never once been a patient there. So how would they know one way or the other if I'm going to show up. Secondly, talking like that to someone off the phone is incredibly unprofessional. After I say hello, she says, "I've been trying to get ahold of you!" I receive ONE phone call on Friday, 4/1 around 10am. So basically during the work day when I cannot answer. They close at 5pm everyday and aren't open on the weekend so explain how I am suppose to call back when they are not open? I confirmed my appointment through there automated system. So it was not like there was no confirmation. Next, she asks which name is my current last name. When I told her, she asked if I was married (WHAT?!) to which I replied, "no I am not." She then goes on the say that her system has my information pulling up someone else. I tell her I've never been a patient there so I'm not sure why that would happen. Moving on in the call, she starts asking me for my information including my SSN and my insurance info. I stated I was at work and asked if I could do this when I arrived (you know, like normal) and was told I could, but they like to "get started on my insurance early" and I might end up getting billed if I wait 3 more hours until my appointment? (Makes NO sense). I was really irritated and quick frankly offended by the assumptions made. My fiance had an appointment yesterday so after I finished my call with Promise Dental I called him to let him know after my exam, im not going back. He then tells me THEY DONT DO CLEANINGS!!! WHAT?! They did not clean his teeth....that's part of a regular exam so im so confused. Their website says they do cleanings sooo? Apparently they told him they have no dental hygienist so are only cleaning teeth if you need a cavity feeling. Okay then stop taking new patients and offering annual exams or, at a minimum, let people know that you aren't doing cleanings before they arrive. This whole place feels very sketchy. I called back and cancelled my appointment. Ive never had such a bizarre, unprofessional experience with a medical office....and I never even stepped foot in there. If you're looking for a dentist that's going to actually clean your teeth and not disparagingly speak about new patients, I suggest finding somewhere else.

The most caring experience at a dentist I ever had period. It doesn't smell like a traditional dentist office. Everybody really cares about you instead of treating you like money. I got 4 teeths removed on first visit. Most dentists want you to branch it for more money. They were all caring and understanding. The actual dentist is just amazing at everything. I highly recommend this place to anyone

Promise Dental is indeed a blessing. I am one that has dental phobia and avoided the dentist as much and for as long as I could. A dental crises arose and I called Promise Dental and spoke with an awesome office manager named Michelle and she began immediately to calm me down and got me into the office the very next morning. I had broken a tooth off right in the front of my mouth and it looked horrible. I was terrified. However, when I walked into the dental office I was greeted with kindness, gentleness and professionalism. Michelle immediately started making me feel at ease and also the dental assistant named Nina. They all assured me that everything would be ok and indeed it was. I left from that dental office after they worked so hard on me doing root canals and placing crown/cap on the front. Now I have a new smile and more confidence when I talk or smile. Dr Hussein is freaking awesome, I love that guy. He is a GREAT dentist. Let's just say it like this, from a guy that hated the dental office, I'm now at ease about going back for follow up's and cleanings. These people, the whole crew are my peeps. I can't thank them enough for the extra care that Nina gave me while in the chair for that duration. She kept her promise and never left my side. I love Promise Dental.

First time with Promise Dental. Got in right away. Michelle at front desk was very cordial. My hygienist, Erica was the best. She spent time getting to know me and catered to my dental needs. She gave me advice on how to care for my teeth. Plus I was sent home with a goodie bag. Dr. Bush was very professional and nice. He also took the time to talk to me and was very personable. They have the latest technology and the office was clean and tidy. I was very impressed and happy with my visit. I would recommend Promise Dental to anyone.

Best dentist I've ever been to! The staff are all super nice and the office is clean and comfortable, especially with how they've handled the COVID pandemic. Dr. Bush is super nice and Erica was the most gentle hygienist I've ever had. Quick too! I was in an out in 30 minutes--great place, will definitely go back.
