An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.
Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

Needed a new dentist in the area, very grateful I stumbled upon this office. Everything was clean and modern, staff was very professional. Met with Dr.Caravelli who was extremely gentle (I have high sensitivity in my mouth) and made everything quite literally painless and pleasant. Definitely plan to return, highly recommend.

Dr. Violet Feldman and entire staff were wonderful! They got me and my children in for an appointment quickly and the care was amazing. They use the latest equipment and technology. The detailed images paired with Dr. Feldman's ability to explain what work was needed made me feel completely comfortable with our treatment plans. I was provided with a quote and then the real magic happened. Skill, calm, and kindness. 5 Stars - so glad we found Dr Feldman!

Just WOW. I never realized how good I had it until I relocated and tried a new dentist for a routine cleaning. I was 'up sold' into thousands of dollars of dental work, shamed for the condition of my teeth (I have great dental hygiene and have only had one cavity my whole life) and then treated rudely when I declined and announced firmly I would only need a dental cleaning on my visit. There seemed to be a scheduling problem and the hygienist was not available and the owner ended up cleaning my teeth which was lightning fast -around 10 minutes total. My dentist back home takes at least 30-40 minutes. Never going back.

I am a new patient at Promenade Dentists and the entire staff is great - professional and very friendly! The dental office is in a convenient location, the facility is clean and the staff is welcoming. As my dental coverage in under a new insurance plan, Lexi at the front desk is so helpful in providing assistance and information. I have enjoyed my appointment today, I left with very clean teeth. I look forward to my next appointment.

This dentist office is a corporation that will try to get as much money with no regard for your dental health as they can using bad quality materials and the way the dentists get paid is comission only. When my wife got a crown and 2 weeks later broke, the manager had zero regard for my wife health and my wife agreed to paid more to get it fix properly she scheduled an appointment at the time my wife told her she couldn't make it because we have our baby and then lied about it. Later she agreed to refund and it has been almost a month and no refund has been made and no only that she called her a terrible person for trying to get a fair service. We learn our lesson stay away from this company that would try to profit from your health and such a unprofessional way

I would have given them a high rating for cleanliness and professionalism, but, something was not done correctly, and when I explained I had a subsequent infection, and needed antibiotics prior to going back to see them, I was gaslighted by the front desk. The surgeon left a gaping hole that food could get in under my Bridge. I am in pain and now have an infection and did not appreciate being gas lighted. Frontline nurse here. I would not take my dog here. They refused to give me amoxicillin for my infection until I could see them in a week. The surgeon did a terrible job and they are refusing to fix it!

Let me start for saying that this place is so unethical and unprofessional because the owner only cares about money! it is a corporation company and dentists only gets paid for comission. This one is my experience I talked to the manager because my crown was installed incorrectly for the previous dentist then I went to get it done again and it broke 22 days later! So I went to get a second opinion and I was told the type of material is the wrong material because it was on the top of a zirconia crown and they installed a ceramic and that's why the new crown was breaking. I talked to the dentist, she was so nice and understood right away but when another lady came to give me the price I felt exactly like if I was in a used car dealership I told her they were blowing the prices because I already paid 1150 plus my insurance paid 450 and they asked me for another 800 ?? I showed her another estimate of another office for 1200 dlls and no 2400 for a bad quality crown!!! Then manager negotiate the price down to 400 extra and told me they have another 20 COMPLAINTS!!! AND THE OWNER CAN'T ORFORD OR WANTS TO FIX MORE MISTAKES! This owner bought the business but doesn't want to take liability? I told the manager I understand but it wasn't right for me have to paid more money for a service that wasn't provide with the right material to begin with. It sad to see people like this running health care business when all the care it is how much they can get out of you!!! Please go to another dentist office that is no run in such a unprofessional and unethical way.

I recently had veneers placed on 10 teeth (4 on top and 6 on bottom) at Promenade Dentists by Dr. Anahita Farahani DDS. In short, I am ecstatic with the results! Dr. Farahani was extremely professional, competent, and meticulous with her work. What I liked most were the natural-looking results she was able to create. I have been to numerous dentists, performing many procedures including root canals, crowns, and implants (yikes) over the past 50+ years. I find Dr. Farahani to be the most skilled of any dentist I have worked with. She is well-trained, experienced, and has a great chair-side disposition, putting me at ease along the way. Dr. Farahani and her office staff, including the Office Manager, were equally professional, courteous, and responsive to my needs. The dental assistants were supportive and competent as well. As you can see from the photo, what an amazing transformation. I've received so many compliments, (when I can take the COVID mask off) mentioning how great my smile looks. Thank you so much, Dr. Farahani and the Promenade team!!

It is always an absolute pleasure coming to this office. Alisa is such an awesome soul. Very witty and just makes the time there so great. The front staff are awesome. Very informative and I don't feel like I'm getting back ended with charges. And Dr. Ana is so nice, informative and just an awesome person. I gave them 5 stars because I leave with a secure and informed feeling about my teeth every time.
