An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.
Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) is an advanced, proven technology that provides more precise three-dimensional (3D) imaging for more accurate diagnosis and treatment of oral health conditions. 3D dental X-rays can uncover issues that may not be detectable with 2D X-rays. By making images easier to see, its helpful in gaining a better understanding of oral health conditions and suggested treatment.

Wow! I'm am so happy I found Promenade Dental! The girls at front desk, professional, kind, helpful! They really try to help you to receive great care. I just met Dr. Dole.... Great dentist, great touch, gentle, kind, and excellent communication skills. Thank you Dr. Dole and team!!! :)

If I could give them zero stars I absolutely would . I went for emergency services and they started my work and let me know that I needed a root canal . I paid up front for them to begin root prep , give me a temporary crown as well as a permanent crown . Due to the fact that the endodontist was not in that day I was asked to come back to get the rest of the work done . Things happend and I ended up not being able to go back due to insurance changes . Anywho I contacted them in regards to getting a refund for the services I paid for that were never actually rendered and they told me no. So in a nut shell they got an extra 1000 dollars out of me for services they never even preformed .

Great place.....moved to Elk Grove 7 yrs ago and still come all the way across town just to be seen by this office! Staff is great and extremely professional...ladies are really on their A game here. In fact my commute from work today was from Tracy, Ca. I will remain a patient/client of this office until these girls retire!!!!

There's a reason I've stayed with Promenade Dental Group for 13 years. It's the top notch, grade A customer service they offer. It's also the comfort I feel going in for routine checkups or other visits. They always know how to make me feel at ease. Brandon Dole is my primary dentist. He's got tremendous skills. His work is clean. Anita is my hygienist. She is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to keeping my teeth clean and the questions I have for her. I truly appreciate them both for their expertise. Big shoutout goes to Brenda, Melissa, Jasmine and Natalie. The ladies at the front who run the show. Insurance coverage can sometimes be confusing but they do a tremendous job to help me understand my benefits. Promenade Dental Group is a great place with amazing talented employers. They all deserved to be recognized constantly for their professionalism and dedication to outstanding customer service.

Brenda and Jasmine was very helpful today 9-12-2022 at roughly 4:15 pm when I was done getting my teeth clean also they have sense of humor they made my day after a long of work lol I will Definitely will be coming back very soon to laugh some more and take care of my teeth

Melissa at the front desk had an attitude, it was Monday morning and that person treated us disrespectfully very unpleasant No customer service, please let her stay home on Mondays maybe Tuesday she will be in better mood! Shame on her, she is the bad Apple. The dental assistant was very sour as if it was my fault that she had to work that morning, she doesn't know the words please or thank you. On the other hand Anita and doctor Dole were very nice as they usually are. This was my first Monday morning appointment going to this office and the experience was very undesirable. Thank you Doctor Dole and Anita for saving the day.

Super accommodating! I'm in the dark on dental procedures and how dental insurance works. Everyone is patient and willing to explain any questions I have about procedures or my how my insurance works. They make me feel comfortable and confident in my choices of options as well as flexible with making appointments around my schedule. Highly recommend.

Anita has been so helpful with achieving my dental health goals.
