Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.
Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) is an advanced, proven technology that provides more precise three-dimensional (3D) imaging for more accurate diagnosis and treatment of oral health conditions. 3D dental X-rays can uncover issues that may not be detectable with 2D X-rays. By making images easier to see, its helpful in gaining a better understanding of oral health conditions and suggested treatment.

The ortho Dr was great. She figured out what the issue was and came up with a great plan to fix it.

I went in for a root canal. The specialist and his team were great. Quick and easy. The staff at the office was a different story. With the exception of Dr. Valencia. My appointment was at 8, I was on time, I did not get called back until 830, the girl said because both X-ray rooms were occupied. I was in line sight of one of the rooms and I was the first patient in there. She then took me to the wrong room. The root canal took all of 30 mins to complete. While I was waiting for my crown I had to go back and forth to the X-ray room again about 3 times and no one seemed to know what I was waiting for or that I was even in the room waiting. By the time I left it was after 11. Most of it was waiting around reminding the staff what I was waiting for. Like I said, besides Dr Valencia and Dr Castle and his assistant, everyone else I encountered that day was very unorganized.

The specialist was ready and waiting for me in a different room. The specialist, Dr Castle, and his assistant were great. The whole thing took less than 30 mins. He then had me wait in the waiting room again until the other staff was ready for me. I was in the waiting room for awhile when one of the girls at the front desk asked what I was waiting for. Umm, the dentist. So they finally call me back. I had to go back and forth to the X-ray room about 4 times. And had a lot more waiting in the room when I was asked by plenty of people what I was waiting for. The communication amongst the staff was nonexistent and unorganized. Both doctors were great with their service. But the rest of the staff needs to figure out their communication better. I didn't walk out of there until after 11. About 45 mins in total being worked on, the rest being told to wait and then being asked what I was waiting for.

Beware of upchrage!! They will insist on charging for treatment that is not covered by your insurance and try to convince to pay out of pocket for extra services. They have done this multiple times & it often unnecessary. I am tired of there game n do not wish continue. I recommend another office in your area.

This is the worst place I've ever been to. First off they scheduled me on a day where specialists come in and didn't even let me know to expect to wait almost an hr in the waiting room. Then to top it off an additional wait time in the actual patient room. Dr. Patel comes in super rude doesn't even introduce himself I actually had to do the introducing and just goes on about how I need this and that done. Didn't make me comfortable at all. Then he tells me that he has to get someone in front to determine how much I have to pay. I'm waiting there another 40+ minutes mind you. I finally had to leave the room to find someone and comes to find out the girl that was supposed to be finding out my cost, was too busy on her cellphone. One of the other girls up front saw my frustration and finally expedited me. Awful awful experience. Never will be back. And don't recommend this place to anyone.

I love this dental office, everyone is so nice, Andriana is the best! She makes you feel as comfortable as possible during X-rays & always answers any questions you have. The Ortho team is also super nice! They are always cracking jokes (:

I've been coming here for about 6 months now and I love it. My visit started great with being greeted with the lovely front staff. The dental assistant, Nikki, who took my x-rays was very patient with me. The hygienist, Samantha, was very gentle and explained the cleaning I needed excellently. Dr. Valencia made me feel very comfortable explaining the treatment. Growing up, a dental office was not my favorite place, but this office makes me enjoy coming in.
