Dentists are great but the service is a mess. They keep sending the bill to my medical insurance as I'm also a Riverside patient, where it should be billed to my dental insurance. They keep getting this wrong for SIX MONTHS!!! I have gotten so many bills and every time I have to call to tell them they billed the wrong insurance. But I don't know why they just never got it right. In the end I got a bill saying they will send me to the collecting agency. It's getting RIDICULOUS. I called the billing department and was yelled at by the rep. she's yelling at me saying that their bills are automatically generated by the system so they are not at fault... RIDICULOUS. I would say avoid this place to save your sanity and lots of time on the back and forth call. Go to Hoboken smile for adults and your LO. There's a newly opened peds dental clinic called Bear Brooke that my daughter really likes too. Anyway AVOID THIS PLACE!

July 2022 Update to my last review: I have since come back with my 3 year old who is generally timid in new places, and he did a GREAT job due to Dr. Rosenfeld's light touch and expertise working with kids. I was so impressed, and our little one was happy to come, and to come back as well!! I've also recently started orthodontic work with Dr. Miqueo (Invisalign treatment) and that has been going very well too. I continue to be impressed by the work the team and staff does at ProHealth Dental Hoboken, and I'd recommend to anybody (and their kids!!) Dec 2021: Always a great experience - learned a ton and had a very comprehensive exam and review. Marciana did an amazing job with the cleaning - coming back here with the entire family.

Hands down Dr. Rosenfeld you're the best pediatric dentist around! Thank you for always taking the time with my kids especially Fernanda, who is terrified of dentist. You are always so patient and calming with them! The staff are warm and friendly. They always make time to interact with the kids and that is wonderful. I will definitely continue to bring my kids there. I highly recommend Dr. Rosenfeld and the practice to anyone!

Expensive , very poorly managed, front desk staff and doctors aren't nice. They think they do you a favor by treating you. The only nice people I met were the ladies who cleaned my teeth. There is plenty of other much nicer providers for less $$$

Overall, I would recommend them for a general visit for a cleaning and X-rays. Price with their own dental insurance is reasonable and they are thorough. However, prices for all other services is exorbitant. Most importantly, I would urge you to get a second opinion because I was told I needed to replace one filling ($600+) and two crowns ($4000+) and two other dentists told me there is nothing wrong and no work needed to be done!

I am super glad I found this magical practice. I'm a total baby when it comes to dental work, and Dr. Aggarwal was able to make my anxiety disappear! She extremely patient, gentle and understanding. She doesn't make me feel rushed or judged. For the first time ever I was actually able to relax sitting in a dental chair. Wonderful doctor, wonderful staff, and overall great experience. I can't wait to go back (never would I ever thought I'd say that about a dentist visit!)

ProHealth Riverside sent me a solicitation to visit their new location in Hoboken. Twice I made an initial appointment and twice they canceled the day before the planned visit. After the second cancellation ProHealth Riverside informed me they were not accepting new patients. They offered to put me on a waitlist. Seems there is some dysfunction in the operation. This is a heck of a way to run a business.
