Dr. Brian Singletary provided me with excellent care. I needed an extraction that I wasn't expecting, and as I had several before I was not looking forward to it. I was surprised at how easy the procedure and the aftercare were. I feel that this dentist is skilled, conscientiousness, and caring. I would highly recommend him.

This location of pro health dental is amazing. Came here after a long search for a good dentist. The office is clean and staff is welcoming and I have not had to wait more than 5 minutes for my scheduled appointment. I drive about an hour to this location to see Dr. Shruti Shah who is absolutely amazing. She is attentive to detail and her filling work is solid. She intervenes at the right time and does not recommend or perform unnecessary procedures. The techs are also always cheery and helpful and give great advice on keeping my teeth and gums healthy! Would 10/10 recommend.

This office is great. Dr. Shah is an excellent doctor very patient and kind, explained everything very thoroughly and did an amazing job with my fillings and crown. For someone who doesn't like the dentist I definitely look forward to going back!

Had an interesting and slightly sketchy experience. Called to set up an appointment & gave all of my insurance information and general information. The person scheduling me said my insurance was accepted and that everything was good to go, so they went ahead and scheduled me. The night before my appointment I got a voicemail from this office ( after they had closed so I could not call them back ) stating that my insurance was out of network ( even though I found them through my insurance website) and that if I were to come in for my appointment the next morning I would have to pay out of pocket. I attempted to call them back that night but realized that they had just closed as they called so I was unable to reach anyone. I wake up early the next morning before my appointment to try to contact them to get more clarification on the issue with my insurance and cancel my appointment if need be. Well the phone number listed in the voicemail and in the confirmation text that I received doesn't work. The number listed on google didn't work. And the number that left me a voicemail doesn't connect. So strange....

Service has been great, I was a patient of Dr. Steve's from before he joined. However, the admin and billing department have been horrible. I'm still trying to retrieve my records and account statement for weeks and no one has been helpful. What is the deal?? Update: Someone from upstate called me right away upon seeing this review and helped me with what I needed. I hope that the specific office itself (in LIC) really starts to tighten up their service when it comes to assisting patients with their records.

Very bad experience with Dr. Shah. Had 3 fillings done in the first session, the numbing agent wore off on one side half way through and had to have 2 more shots to finish the last filling. Asked the dentist to describe what she was doing and she did not. Hours later after the 2nd round of anesthetics wore off, I could feel one of the fillings was blocking the gap between my teeth. Flossing over next few days confirmed this - wasn't able to get floss through. Went in for Dr Shah to fix the filling and she was unable to see it clearly or tell what the problem was. I demonstrated multiple times with floss that I was unable to push it through the two teeth where the filling had blocked it. She filed it down, but food still gets stuck in that area where it didn't before. She used a metal tool to pry my mouth open at the side, and applied so much force for so long that I developed an open wound and a scab around the side of my mouth for a week after, making it painful to open my mouth to talk or eat. I have never had this happen from any other dentist, and I've seen many for braces, fillings, etc. When I contacted the office about this over email, I received a voicemail explaining that this was actually a common dental injury because the weather was getting colder...and that I could come and talk to Dr. Shah about it if I wanted. Ridiculous. I'm not sure if it was lack of experience or patient empathy in this case, but I will not be returning to see Dr. Shah and will have my fillings re evaluated elsewhere, where the Dr. will not need to over anesthetize or stretch my mouth to the point of tearing and scabbing, and will get the fillings done right the first time.

Couldn't be anymore thankful with the services received here!! Professionals at its finest!! Been coming here for over two years now and my teeth are so smooth & no pain whatsoever with the deep cleaning etc. The staff is very kind & it's as if you've known them for years!!! Keep those teeth sexy!! Highly recommend!! Good pricing too ;)
