Amanda always does an excellent job with my teeth cleaning each time I visit! She is very professional and takes great care of making sure you are comfortable, and everything is done with perfection. I don't care what they were voted , or how someone else feels about this place ! They were just right down awful with my 11 year old daughter..... she's sat in pain, crying for the past five days being tossed back-and-forth between the Woodruff office and the Bolin Springs office, and still nobody yet to help her. They wanted to do two root canals. Then they left them in her mouth too long, unworked on to where root canals won't even help now they want to pull them, but neither one of the dentist feels comfortable pulling it because she's 11 years old, I mean what kind of people just let a child sit in pain for days. This is definitely not a kid friendly dentist.

This is a great dental office. I've been going there for years with 0 bad experiences. The environment is friendly and the dental hygienists and dentists are very good at their jobs. They're also very good at keeping the patient experience optimal.

I had a great appointment at Progrin Woodruff today- I spent 4 hours there this morning and they made me feel so comfortable offering me a "Spa Like Menu" when I sat in the chair. Dr. Cook replaced one of my crowns (Same Day) with the new machine they have in house, no more having to schedule out another appointment to wait on the crown to be made and no more temporary crowns in the meantime. I also had an Occlusal Mouth Gaurd made to help with my teeth grinding. The staff helping me at checkout were super knowledgeable and willing to provide me all necessary receipts & documentation that comes along with using FSA/HSA funds. Highly recommend!
