Wonderful experience. Friendly staff. hygienist "Pam" did a wonderful job with my teeth cleaning. She is very gentle but thorough. The office staff make you feel like family. Will definitely be back. Worth the 1 hr drive for me.

Outstanding service. The staff were extremely kind (as I get nervous during dental appointments), very helpful and considerate. Dr. Rhoden did an exceptional job, caught things that no one prior has, and gave great tips on continued care. Making this practice my families' dental office for my wife and sons.

I would highly recommend Dr.Rhoden and his group at ProGrin. From the moment I entered to my exit was a pleasure everyone there were amazing and professional. I had been to a previous dentist office to see about having some work done and for the same amount of work I needed they charged me 1,500.00 more than what Dr.Rhoden is going to charge me. ProGrin go out of their way to help you. There is also care credit financing available. They really care about you.. I will be recommending them to everyone.

I love this place!! Haven't been here since the early Covid area but this place makes you feel at home . Mrs Pam is the most educated dental person I ever met with patience and knowledge. Today I met Alexandria for the first time and she was patient with me as I had issue trying to get a payment to her . Mrs Kierston was there greeting everyone as usual with a beautiful smile . Spoke with Tracie this morning about a past due bill and she handles it promptly with ease . Dr Rhoden took care me as well and helped me with everything I asked for . And the amazing Pam did my final deep cleaning that was painless . She treated me like I was at home . My co-worker Yolanda Makins was at this office two weeks ago bragging about this office as well. So if you want a real good Dentist that treats you like family while taking care of your needs . Please go here and tell them Samuel Brown sent you . I am a new patient and was there to have my teeth cleaned. I had x-rays and a exam and a cleaning. The office staff was very friendly and informative. Dr. Scott Rhoden was very thorough and very professional. Pam cleaned my teeth and was wonderful she explained every thing she did and what I should continue to do until my next cleaning. Thank you all for making me comfortable and getting me on the schedule.

Highly recommend Dr Rhoden & his team!! Everyone is over the top friendly & go above & beyond w/their service levels. I had a cap come loose & they went out of their way to accommodate seeing me the same day, not wanting me to have to go through the weekend before being seen. They offer options for those w/out dental insurance too! They even offer a full menu of unique services offered to make your time there as relaxing as a dentist office visit can be. Everything from a lip moisturizing treatment to prevent lips from cracking during long procedures when your mouth may be open extended periods, to noise canceling ear buds, hot towels/ relaxing scented oils... even a support DOG to snuggle w/to calm those w/anxiety about going to the dentist. Legit, a real dog that will comfort you during procedures. Just over the top all the way around!!
