I always have a great time at Dr. Ronald's office! I will honestly say it is the best place to go and if you want to save your teeth and not spend a fortune on fake teeth. He's the man to go to. He is very concerned about your teeth and your health and all of the people in the office are very wonderful and polite with caring hearts! I will recommend him to anyone which are poor. The prices are well worth it, not too expensive that is.

Christie and Dr. Gray are awesome! They showed utmost care to me at my last visit. I arrived feeling dizzy and they had my blood pressure checked (it was high). They offered car service if I needed it, and asked me to let them know when I safely got to my next destination. Christie took care of checking me out so I did not have to make a stop at the front desk like usual, given my current situation.

We love Dr Gray and his staff at the North Greer location. Everyone from the front desk through check out has been thorough, clear with responses - especially dreaded billing questions, patient and kind. All 3 of my children have also been attending this office, and are treated the same. My youngest was almost five for his first visit with Dr Gray, and he explained everything that was going on so that my son knew what to expect. I recommend Dr Gray and his office.

During a cleaning, I was told I had a small cavity. They drilled and filled...5 months later, that same tooth is abscessed. Because the tooth is connected to the front part of a bridge, it now requires MAJOR work. Needless to say, I will be switching dentists.

I started out loving this dentist company but suddenly they became very unprofessional. The ladies upfront never answer your call or return it either. They honestly don't know what they are doing bc they continuously mixed up my bill stating that I owed an amount that I did not. Then after having someone to go over it, apologized for the mistake. But turned right back around and did it again my next time calling. Smh!! They really need help! The only thing good here is the doctor himself!
