There are not enough stars to give because they are just so amazing, from the staff to the Dr. just so caring and amazing. My daughter was scared before she went in and during the whole process she was so calm and not scared at all. We love love love it here and recommend to everybody.

The staff at my dentist's office recommended Dr. Martin and Progressive Orthodontics when I shared I was thinking about getting Invisalign. The staff raved about the the customer service of the staff at Progressive. The compliments they gave were so 'over the top' that I thought ... "nobody is THAT good'. BUT THEY ARE!!! Kind, SUPER customer service oriented, and service with a REAL smile. Dr. Martin has THEE BEST 'bedside' manner! She's a pleasure to speak with just in regular conversation, very personable, and good-spirited. You really are made to feel part of a family that gets along in such a tremendous way! From making the appointment to the appointment having to be rescheduled to the consultation to having the liners 'installed (can't think of the right word LOL), EVERY PERSON I had personal contact with was overwhelming kind, very knowledgeable, and answered my MANY questions with care and compassion (no blowing of the breath or rolling of the eyes because I was asking too many questions). It's really a shame to have to be awed by customer service in a customer service field, but in today's society, it has become the exception and not the rule. It is a serious understatement to say the visits and phone calls have been marvelous. Thank you Dr. Martin and the ENTIRE Staff!

Lost my business because they couldn't tell me over the phone if they accept my insurance. Told me I'd have to come in for a consult to find out. That seems pretty ridiculous. Why would I make an appointment and sit through a consult for them to potentially tell me they don't accept my insurance.
