My daughter is a patient here and I can't say enough about how great Progressive Orthodontics has been. Everyone is always incredibly friendly. My daughter can be a bit nervous with any type of dental work, but she has always been so comfortable here, to the point where she looks forward to her appointments. They even worked me in when my retainer from a previous orthodontist many years ago broke. I can't recommend them enough!

My kids have been going to Progressive Orthodontics since they were very little, and it has been the best experience. My daughter, who is now 19, had an underbite that they gently adjusted over time when she was young, and when she was in high school, she got her braces, which was the final phase, and had them off by senior pictures. Her teeth are beautiful, and they were always so gentle and encouraging to her. My son, who is now 17, had a severe underbite, and they used corrective measures, that were to be trial and error. He went through years of trying different things, and they were able to fix it without surgery. He couldn't have had a bigger smile when they called me back to tell me how proud they were of him. He got his braces off a few months ago, and will be getting his senior pictures next week. The staff have always been so accommodating, they always have a smile, they always make us feel like family when we walk in, and they have always been so gentle with my kids, that my kids never fear going in to see them. So thankful for such a wonderful experience at an orthodontist for my kids!

Dr. Martin and ALL of the staff at the Gainesville location are AMAZING!!!! Meredith is so friendly and makes you feel so comfortable when you come in for your consult. Both her and Hope went above and beyond for my family! I have NO complaints at all. They 100% do what's best for you and don't try to push anything just so they can make more money. I recommend everyone I know go to them if possible.

I absolutely love this office and Dr. Martin and her staff! They are kind and refreshing as soon as you walk in the door. The office is beautiful and inviting. If you are there with your children than they are very interactive with your kids and make you feel like family. Thank you so much for such an amazing first experience!!!! Can't wait to go back!

We have had the best experience here! Dr. Martin is amazing, as is her whole team. From the initial evaluation all the way through braces off and now just wearing the retainer, it has been great. Our son's teeth look amazing and he has been treated with kindness and respect each time he has been seen. We had a retainer problem recently and they got us taken care of quickly and with the utmost professionalism! We cannot recommend Progressive highly enough!!!

The staff are all professional, kind, and friendly. Dr. Martin is great! I did Invisalign with them and had no troubles throughout the whole process. I needed a few more trays at the end which was no extra cost and a got a few retainer sets as well. They are great!

I can't say enough great things about this office! The staff is always friendly and welcoming right when we walk in. Both of our kids have been treated here and have had some serious orthodontic needs! Our son had his canine's impacted in the roof his mouth and required oral surgery to expose the teeth. Traumatic for us as parents is an understatement, but Dr. Martin & team eased us through the whole process (along with Dr. Ratliff at Taylor & Ratliff). Dr. Martin was able to move those teeth to where they needed to be and you would never know they were once in the roof his mouth. He now has a beautiful smile. The process was not even painful to my son. We are post braces with both of our children now, but thanks to retainers (and they have made plenty for us as we've had them stolen when our car was broken into, chewed by dogs and plain lost by the kids) their teeth remain beautiful. We do not visit the office as often anymore but whenever we see Dr. Martin she knows exactly who we are and always asks my son about his golf tournaments and our daughter about college life. She is truly remarkable in that she knows all of her patients and their interests and does not treat them as "just another patient". Do yourself a favor and go here if you have any orthodontic needs.

I started my journey with them as a young kid and have went through many obstacles due to my jaw and finding out I was allergic to braces at one point. They have always been incredibly caring and willing to help with anything they can throughout any treatments I have decided to take on. This review is long overdue. After my first round of treatment, Dr. Martin saw a couple of changes that could be made and ordered another set of retainers to make the final result exactly what I wanted.
